Spring skiing trip-Breckenridge

Father-son skiing and boarding with the boyz. Nice location -can ski down/walk to Quicksilver lift but make sure you either catch it early 8:30 or it dissipates after the kids ski school go to lunch around 11:30. Can walk up to beaver run if it’s too crowded but a 15 min. Walk uphill. Nice hot tub and heated pool house but across the street so bring a towel/robe. Great decks (2) facing the hill. Recommend parking in the garage and then taking your gear all up in the elevator to the top floor.

Good location, everything you need, but dated

Overall good stay, it is an older property so the bathrooms for example are very outdated and pieced together. That is how a lot of the property is put together, but it did have a ton of games, all the cooking utensils you will ever need and adequate bedding for everyone who stayed. On the bedding front, most of the pillows did not have covers and some of the pillows were pretty gross with stains on them. The hot tub/pool was a quick walk across the street (not expected but maybe i missed it wasnt directly on property and a community spa for the columbine community) that said, the spa and pool was more of a luke warm tub, very disappointed as many in our group were looking forward to the spa. Otherwise great location just a few min walk to Quicksilver chair on peak 9 or a 5 min walk up to beaver run if QS is too crowded. Probably won't book this property again.

Great Condo for Families

We stayed in this condo for spring break with some good friends. It was perfect for what we needed. Easy to get to the slopes. Easy to get to town. It had everything we needed. Only con was the washer and dryer are locked up (never stayed in a condo where we couldn’t use them) so you have to go to the ground floor and use quarter machines. I like to wash our stuff during vacation and this made it difficult to do often. Other than that, this place is perfect!

Charming Haven in the Heart of Breckenridge

Our stay at this Breckenridge condo was absolutely delightful! Nestled just a few steps away from the ski shop and the base of two lifts, the location couldn't have been more perfect. If the lift closest to the condo is busy, I highly recommend exploring the bottom of Beaver Run lift for a more relaxed experience. The condo itself was not only cute but also incredibly cozy. It radiated warmth and charm, making it an ideal retreat after a day on the slopes. Surprisingly spacious, it comfortably accommodated our family of 5 for a week-long stay. One of the highlights was the proximity to the Breckenridge District (downtown area), just a short and pleasant walk away. This convenience allowed us to explore local shops, restaurants, and soak in the vibrant atmosphere without any hassle. If you're looking for any recommendations in Breck i highly recommend the restaurant Bird & Cow (you can't go wrong with anything on the menu), the Broken Compass is a fun (dog friendly) brewery nearby. The shopping there is also amazing! While you're walking around the area I recommend popping in a few places to experience what all Breckinridge has to offer. Overall, we absolutely loved this place! From its fantastic location to its charming and cozy ambiance, it made our Breckenridge getaway truly memorable. Highly recommended for anyone seeking the perfect blend of comfort and accessibility.

The condo is as described. Kitchen is well equipped for cooking. Beds are comfortable. Unit is clean. Location is an easy walk to Main St. Emails with all instructions were very detailed and helpful. Our group would definitely stay again.

Very satisfied

We had a great time in Breck in July. The place across from where we stayed was having some renovation done and while they were working we were never bothered or inconvenienced. The workers were very nice and respectful. We had a baby and a pregnant mother staying with us and did not have enough fans for everyone to sleep comfortably. So the staff went and bought us a new fan. That made a huge difference. Thank you again for that. The room itself needed a few repairs but as I mentioned earlier, they are currently addressing them. Nothing that would have ruined our stay. Nice play to stay with great views from front and back. The pool and hot tub were also accessible to us which the kids loved. Check in and check out was flawless abd hassle free as well. Thanks for a fun and relaxing vacation.

Springbreak in Breck

Location of the condo was AMAZING! Truly just steps from the ski lift. The condo is very 70's-ish. Definitely needs remodeling, especially new carpet. It was clean though. Beds were comfortable but very small. There were no queens, only fulls.

Good location/a little dated

For starters, this is a great location for Breck, close to town, hiking, etc. unfortunately I can’t give a 5 star review because when we walked in our first day there was dog feces on the brown shag carpet. It was finally taken care of that night. Kitchen sink faucet kept falling off. The layout of this condo is really good but it needs updating desperately!

Loved it!

My family and I had a fabulous time in Breck while staying at this condo. It was comfortable and cozy. We loved the 5 min walk to Main Street and had no need to be using our vehicle to move around. Will definitely book again. Host was also super responsive.

We had a seamless experience in this quaint but spacious condo right at the bottom of Peak 9. Right next to tons of great restaurants and shops downtown and a 3 minute walk from the lift. Sandy, our host, was quick to respond and very helpful. Highly recommend this spot!!

unit was closer to the lift than we expected easy ! walk to town is quick too ; the upstairs sleeping is great for teens or kids or one adult we had two adults top side so it was a bit cozy up there , well stocked , would stay in this one again

Great location

Great little condo for our week of skiing with three teens. First, it is an older unit but that didn’t bother us. It could probably use some updating but Its clean, and comfortable with a well appointed kitchen (crockpot, waffle iron, nice pots and pans) which I totally appreciated. We would eat lunch on the slopes, but come back after a long day of skiing where I would cook dinner and stay in. They have tons of board games that we all played and watched movies. It was awesome family time. It’s a pretty quick walk downhill to quicksilver lift, door to lift in under 10 min. Each room and space has its own heater, so it was nice to have that control. Over all we were very happy with the unit. I do wish the master was a true queen. My husband is tall and muscular, and we were a little uncomfortable sharing the bed, but made due for the week. The bed is comfy, just small. Our two younger kids shared the open upstairs loft and said they were comfy too. The location was perfect for us! Thank you! We had an amazing vacation!!

Great location, out of date property

Hard to beat the location of this condo with proximity to the chairlift and town. Furniture and beds seem to be pretty old and out of date. One of the bathrooms wasn’t cleaned properly before checking in. Garage key situation wasn’t very clear upon arrival. Overall, best condo for the price because of the location and views.

Summer visit

Myself and a friend came to visit from NYC and loved the place. We visit 3-4 times a year and have stayed all over breck but really loved this space and location. We were both working remote and there was plenty of space for that. The kitchen was well stocked which is always a huge plus. Lots of extra blankets provided as well which were nice for the couch. Overall we loved the place and fantastic location.
