Easy stay

Beautiful Location and Unit

The Property is Lovely with a nice view from the balcony,and through the trees you can see the ocean. Quiet unit block with a lift which was very useful. The only thing they need to do is to fix the front door,as it was very hard sometimes to access the unit with the front door keys.

Great location, lack of attention to customer service

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The nicely appointed apartment with generous living spaces is in a great location. Unfortunately, several issues marred our time there. The wrong key-box code was sent on day prior to arrival, a second (correct) code not received until the agent was called due to difficult accessing keys. Despite delayed check-in, the apartment hadn't been cleaned, as evident from hair in sink, sand on floor, messy stove, used linen/towels, unchanged beds, etc., which raises serious concerns about safe hygiene in the current pandemic. Possibly reportable. Apologetic agent did ensure that new linen was provided but housekeeper never returned to clean the premises on the second day as requested. Partial refund did not provide ease of mind that should have been guaranteed for a holiday property like this. Additional concerns about servicing included the provision of just one dishwasher tablet for 5 day stay, no bin liners (and no instructions for waste disposal), and a general lack of finishing touches that we have come to expect from extensive travels worldwide. Automated email system and pre-arrival cleaning schedule requires review/remedy to ensure that guests are able to stay with confidence and peace of mind at this property. The automated "We hoped you enjoyed your stay" email was ironic to say the least. I won't be returning due to the poor customer service.
