Situated in Lenswood on the border of Fox Creek Mountain Bike Park, just 50m from the trails. This tidy farm house has 4 bedrooms with a total of 11 beds. With a short walk to Anderson Hill Winery, either a 15 min walk or 3 min drive to Pike & Joyce Winery 1.2kms down the road. You can go the extra 1.6kms down the road to Mt Lofty Ranges Vineyard. With lobethal town a short 5 minute drive down the road where you will find a supermarket, Beer House, Bakery and Pub.

It was a great house for a group of people loved the area. some maintenance is needed - Toilet leaking on floor cistern broken ,running out of water while in shower ,9 people unable to use toilet in the morning the manager addressed this quickly but water pressure took a long time to come through ,a better pump is needed, shower fan not working ,a little garden maintenance .As a food safety supervisor I do not recommend leaving opened food in fridge and pantry ,you don't know how long it has been open or what has been done to it ,we certainly wouldn't use it. Please don't take as a criticism we loved our stay and just because it is a farm doesn't mean it shouldn't be given a bit of maintenance and love .

The property and location was great especially for children. However the property could have been presented better with regards to cleanliness and upkeep. Items listed in property description not available or broken. (Dryer, bbq, top bunk children's room unsafe )Limited heating

Perfect spot for a group of friends to hang out - the house is huge and close to lots of cool places in the hills!
