Beautiful and Homey

We were quite comfortable and felt at home immediately. When I heard it was a townhome I was a little apprehensive but it felt like a very quaint mountain cabin. You can't See anyone and the view was very calming and tranquil. The bed felt wonderful. All the little special touches made it feel like I was staying at a relative's hideaway.

So disappointed!

Lower level was so humid and damp. Plugged in the dehumidifier, which did not work. Furniture in living room was dated and very uncomfortable. Mold covered the sliding door in the master bedroom. The worst VRBO we have ever rented.

Coffee coffee coffee

Overall our experience was pleasant enough, the unit was VERY clean. We were given a bag of coffee at check in but they have a pod machine so that was useless. For us the only issue was the master bath jacuzzi being the shower also. Scary step in for 70 year olds.

Bad experience

The property was not clean. Everything was covered with dust and spiders webs. We had to leave early because we developed allergy symptoms. Management did not even care, didn’t call back when we told them about the problem.

Good location and property but the unit was not clean or updated

The unit had quite a few stairs which I could not tell from the listing , it made it difficult for anyone who has difficulty with stairs. The unit is very outdated with it’s decor. I did not feel it was very clean because it has so much stuff in it. The drawers are packed full of random utensils in the kitchen and every surface of every piece of furniture is covered with knickknacks. There are throw rugs everywhere which I know for sure could not have been laundered between rentals. When we left I checked under the bed to make sure we didn’t leave anything and I wish I hadn’t as it looks like it hasn’t been cleaned in months. The sheets on the master bed were threadbare and the bottom sheet was on inside out. On arrival we found there was no coffee maker as listed, only a Keureg. We were even given ground coffee on check in. We were unable to open the sliding doors onto the balcony from the master bedroom and there was no screen on the dining room sliding doors. I called the rental office and left a message about these issues and no one ever called me back.
