The townhouse was central to all the shops which was a plus point. Easy to walk around town.Downside was that it was next to some sort of shop/factory on the backyard. We came for a peaceful and quite stay but that was not the case. There was so much noise from early morning around 5:30 am and woke us up each morning. AC upstairs is not fully cooling the place. Upper rooms were extremely hot and there was no fan abailable.But the manager was very good who helped with easy chile k-in info and was very courteous.Overall we manages to see beautiful places in and around Ballarat.But I would personally not choose the same axcomodation.

Compact, clean and in the heart of Ballarat

Great little apartment in a busy location, close to shops and restaurants. Very clean, well equipped unit although some of the furniture (especially the lounge) is a little dated. There's no WiFi on the property. Handy to have off street parking. Thanks for a great stay!

Good apartment, but cleaning needs improving

This apartment has power points on only one side of the bed. A simple solution would be to put in a power board to provide power points to both sides. Unfortunately when I looked under the bed I found a discarded tissue, a sock and a take away coffee cup. Cleaning needs more work!

Nice property. Clothes dryer doesn’t work.

Property is very clean and in a super convenient central location. There was some noise from the street and business next door during the night. Note there is no WiFi which is a bit of a disappointment in this day and age. The clothes dryer does not work so after doing a load of washing in the machine there was no way to dry our clothes and I had to put them in a plastic bag to carry around on the remainder of our trip. This was not great as I planned around being able to wash at this point in our trip based on their being facilities at this property.

Perfect Ballarat location and accommodation

This is a lovely unit in a location that is close to food and shopping. Spacious and with everything you need. Will stay here again if in Ballarat.
