Glorious Getaway - Amazing getaway in the Woodland neighborhood
Our home is located in the quiet neighborhood of Woodland. It is newly remodeled with granite counter tops in the kitchen and bathroom and beautiful hardwood floors throughout the main floor. The side deck has a grill to use. Washer and dryer are available if needed. Canal Park or Miller Hill Mall are just a 15 minute drive away and we are within walking distance to grocery store, restaurants, golfing, or hiking trails.
Extra bed is available upon request for parties greater than 4 that are charged the additional $25 per night.
Guests have access to entire home except the garage and upstairs which will remain locked with owners personal items.

The Woodland area is a small quiet safe neighborhood on the North eastern side of Duluth, MN. Its located close to the area colleges and has many nearby tourist attractions and amenities.
