HURRICANE SALLY DISCLAIMER--Please note that most beach rental properties on or near Perdido Key were affect by Hurricane Sally on 9/16/20. Most clean up and repair has been completed to the resort but please be aware minor things are still being finished due to the nationwide shortage of materials. Please be aware that it is possible some repairs to the resort COULD still be taking place during your stay, or there could be noise from said repairs, and some amenities may not be available.

A perfect place to escape for a relaxing get away! Beautiful restored, PRIVATE beach and amazing waters.

Million Dollar Gulf View
Well furnished condo was clean and comfortable. Lived up to its listing in every way. Communication with hosts was easy and we could not have asked for better girls vacay accommodations. We loved the balcony. Next time we would stay longer.

Beach happiness
Awesome location, awesome property and superb communication from the owners. The condo has pretty much everything you'll need (I'll admit to bringing my Nespresso!). Just kick back, watch the dolphins with a cocktail on the balcony and make the tough decision on whether it's beach time, pool time or boating time.

Excellent condo
Condo is very nice… clean, well appointed, AC works great, very comfortable place to stay. Great views from the balcony. Easy to get to the beach or if you forget something you can easily get back to the room, which is close to the elevator. Really loved the fact that nice beach chairs and umbrellas come with the unit, so no need to rent or bring them with you…huge benefit! Building nice and private location, very quiet. Would definitely recommend and stay here again.

Magical Time
Nothing like being able to open the patio doors and hear the waves. The weather cooperated with us while we were there. We spent several magical days here while being in town for a graduation. Kitchen is well stocked. Comfortable beds with the necessary blackout curtains. Took us just a bit to figure out the door lock, but we were golden once we got the hang of it. We do wish the balcony faced the sunset, but it has to do with the time of year you are there. Oh, and the beach locker!! You don't need to bring beach toys, beach chairs - they have it all and so convenient in the beach locker on the ground floor. Our son is buying a house in Pensacola, so we may stay with him the next time we visit. But if we decide to stay at the beach, this condo will be at the very top of our list!

We were blown away with how amazing the ocean views from the master bedroom and patio were. The cleanliness of the room and fully furnished kitchen and bathrooms really make you fell like it’s your home away from home. Thank you to the family that put this package together! We had the most amazing time at Perdido Sandy Key this year. The condo was amazing. The check in, whole stay, and check out was wonderful. The place is absolutely beautiful!!!!!!!! A must repeat.

Amazing Property with Views and Amenities Galore
We stayed for 4 nights. This property is well furnished, well kept, and stocked with everything we needed. The location is excellent with a large balcony to view the ocean and its beautiful sunrises and sunsets. We spent many hours on the beach either walking or resting in the chairs provided with the property. We will definitely return.

Beautiful place
The owners have thought of everything that one could need, including items for an infant. The decor was light and airy and everything was updated. Beds were comfy and the drapes made for a nice dark sleeping environment so that we could sleep in. The owners were very responsive to any of our needs. Truly a wonderful place and experience. We would definitely go back!

This condo was perfect for our stay. We thoroughly appreciated the open communication we had with the owner regarding the check in process. The location was wonderful. We had a wonderful time during our stay!! This condo is perfect! It was the cleanest condo we’ve ever rented. That’s always very important to me! 😊 The condo is also beautiful and had everything we needed! The beach closet was nicely stocked with chairs, a wagon, umbrella and everything else you may need for a great time at the beach! The beach wasn’t too crowded during spring break, and it was just what we wanted for a relaxing family vacation! We drove into Orange Beach two nights for dinner, which was just a short drive! The owners were very informative and helpful! They truly have this condo ready for you to feel right at home!! It was a perfect experience for us!! Our Happy Place also!
Our family had a great visit from 10/28 to 11/2. The condo was perfect for my husband, myself and our 4 kids! We ate meals at the table on the balcony and admired the views of the ocean throughout the day. It was a nice surprise to have a variety of kitchen gadgets. The place was well-equipped for traveling with our kids — translation, we enjoyed not having to pack additional items, such as a pack-n-play, high chair, beach chairs, etc! Loved the fact that the we didn’t have to pack up the kids and drive to the beach, it was only a walk away!

Home away from home
We rented this unit because of the proximity of it from the Air show and the view. I knew my elderly mother wouldn’t be coming to the air show so she would be home all day. Unfortunately they moved the air show to the beach and it was way to crowded to even attend. My mother, on the other hand, had a very relaxing day at the condo. I was quite nervous about the lock and unlock system but it was super simple. My elderly parents did not like having to download the app on their phone so they could get in and out of the house. I communicated with the owners that the front door was hard to open and close and he assured me he would get it taken care of. The condo and view were beautiful. Super fancy. The beds were comfy. We did not use the sofa beds. Having everything available was pretty awesome. The extras were great also. (K-cups and some cooking stuff like seasonings) The kitchen is fully furnished! Only complaint was communicated with the owners. They respond in a timely manner. Overall if we could afford to stay here more often we most definitely would!

Condo was perfection, beautifully furnished, fully stocked kitchen, great Keurig coffee maker, comfortable beds, TV remotes were a problem, balcony offered very nice seating. We had difficulty with owners “August door lock system”. We downloaded app as instructed, arrived at 4:00 pm as instructed, did not receive code from owner to unlock door, contacted Condo office after being unable to reach owners cell. Even though it was after office hours, office manager opened for us and notified owner of our problem. Owner had failed to send unlock code to us, so after 1 hour and 15 minutes of panic on our part, we finally were able to enter condo. We will end by saying this…code could have easily been text to us on our arrival day before 4:00 pm. We would have had no problem.

Beautiful condo! Well stocked. Little extras provided by owner were excellent. Highly recommend. Did not like check in process at all. If condo is ready, you should be able to enter. August app- not a fan. What if your cell phone died while at the beach? What if you don't have a cell phone? Easier to punch in a key code.

Perfect condo rental for an extended family
Great condo! Everything you can think of is included here. I brought along or purchased all the “extra” items which to my surprise were already stocked in the condo! Pool towels, beach toys, cooking supplies, basic condiments, coffee pods, laundry soap, etc. IT’S ALL STOCKED!! Super clean, great location on the beach, spacious, relaxing patio deck! Owners answered all my questions promptly. Very kind people! Few things I wish I would have known or figured out prior to stay... No actual key-just digital which was difficult for traveling with my non digital 78 year old mother, Trash chute is located in a door way across the hall-took us a few days wondering where we needed to place our trash. My party never did figure out how to work the living room tv-couldn’t get signed into our own Netflix accounts or the basic tv channels-I’m sure there is instructions in the book but we never has down time to read unfortunately. Overall we had a fantastic stay and would absolutely recommend to anyone traveling with a large family or group to this area! Thanks for the wonderful experience and hope to stay again in the future!!

Great condo on Perdido Key
This is a beautiful condo recently renovated. They provided a beach closet with everything we needed such as chairs umbrella floats toys and cooler . The view off the balcony was great as well as the furnishings. Will definitely consider rebooking this condo

We actually got married at Perdido Pass in 2016 and fell in love with the area. We have a blended family with young adult children Between working in the trucking industry and teaching school, we love to travel. The beach is one of our favorite places so it only made sense for us to find a home away from home.

We love to cook and we kept that in mind when creating a "chef's kitchen" with state of the art appliances and modern conveniences such as a built in air-fryer in the oven, and an over-sized refrigerator to hold all the stuff, including a double ice-maker for those personal sized coolers for the beach.

We are fans of Chip & JoAnna Gaines and we embraced our DIY condo renovation with them in mind. It may have stretched us to our limits, but we absolutely love our final results and the relaxing, at home, comfortable, shabby chic, family friendly space we created.

We bought #OurHappyPlace634 at Sandy Key with the idea to create a space for not only our family, but for your family as well! We have taken great ideas from other places we have stayed in the past, and incorporated into our condo to give you the best, over-all experience!

Why they chose this property

We chose the Perdido Key area because of the significant meaning it as to us since we were married at "The Pass" in 2016.

We chose Sandy Key because it has a beautiful view, and it's a great place for families to stay and enjoy the Perdido Key area. The biggest draw to us for Sandy Key is the PRIVATE BEACH! This property is a quite, great family feel but also perfect for couples looking for a get away, girls trips, and more.

The Perdido Key area does not scream tourist and we love the more "Off the Beaten" path type experiences. It is conveniently located to surrounding popular areas such as Orange Beach, Foley, OWA, Pensacola and more.

What makes this property unique

The view from the master bedroom is phenomenal! Waking up to that view is truly breath taking. If you didn't know better, one might think it was a view from a cruise ship window.
The sunrise and sunset from the over-sized balcony is like none other, year around.
