Villa of very recent construction (June 2012), with equipped terrace overlooking Ile Rousse with panoramic views of the sea, the port and the city of Ile Rousse, comfortable with 3 bedrooms with individual bathrooms, living room overlooking the terrace and fully equipped American kitchen. One bedroom is on the ground floor, the other 2 bedrooms are upstairs.
Private parking at the foot of the villa.
Located in the village of Monticello, you will find peace and tranquility.

The 2 upstairs bedrooms are each equipped with a shower and sink; and 1 bedroom on the ground floor with 1 double bed, a shower and a sink.
On the ground floor is the living room with sofa, TV; the kitchen is adjoining the living room with a counter that separates the 2 rooms. The living room and the kitchen open onto a 28 m2 terrace where there is an outdoor lounge, a large table, 2 sun loungers, a barbecue. The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, a gas stove with electric oven, 4 gas burners; extractor hood, microwave, fridge with freezer, small kitchen equipment (coffee maker, mixer, blender, etc.) and various utensils.
A laundry room with washing machine, cupboard is also on the ground floor. 1 WC is on the ground floor and the other on the landing upstairs.

Wunderschöne gut eingerichtetes Häuschen Hang mit traumhafter Aussicht auf Hafen und Meer.

Sehr viele Möglichkeiten in der Umgebung: Wandern, Meer. Sehr freundliche und unkomplizierte Kommunikation mit Gastgeber.

Tout était parfait !

La maison est très bien située, dans un petit village magnifique tout près de l'Ile Rousse. Les chambres sont spacieuses et toutes avec une salle de bains. La cuisine est très bien équipée et le séjour très agréable. La vue depuis la terrasse est exceptionnelle de jour comme de nuit. Le propriétaire est très sympathique et disponible. Nous louerons à nouveau cette maison lors de notre prochain passage en Balagne.

Une vue inespérée, un petit village juste au dessus de la maison, l un des plus mignons que nous avons visité. Bien situé pour balade au nord sud ou dans le centre de la Blagne. Nous recommandons tes fortement.

Excellent séjour, en plus le beau temps était là.

Maison très accueillante, très bien aménagée (et équipée) et très calme. La vue est magnifique. Très bien située (à coté de l'Ile Rousse). Restaurants et commerces à proximité dans le village.

Das Haus bietet für 6 Personen bequem Platz, jedes Doppelzimmer mit eigenem Bad, die Ausstattung ist TOP, Marcel ist ein sehr herzlicher Gastgeber, die Zufahrt zum Haus selbst ist technisch nicht ohne, aber gut machbar. Die Lage ist traumhaft mit Blick über die Bucht inkl. Sonnenuntergang, die Zufahrtsstrasse mit wenig Verkehr stört kein bisschen

Frisch renoviertes Ferienhaus mit moderner, vollständiger Ausstattung und grandioser Aussicht

Wir waren eine Woche sehr gerne in diesem Haus und haben uns dort rundum wohl gefühlt. Die kleine Villa liegt fast mitten im Dorf und doch völlig für sich. Bis auf die Autos, die nach Montcello hinauf fahren, hört man keine Geräusche. Terrasse mit umwerfender Aussicht. Einzige Minuspunkte: Das Haus ist alleine nicht zu finden, da es keine wirkliche Adresse und Hausnummer gibt, die Auffahrt mit dem Auto ist etwas für Profis und es existiert leider kein WLAN.

VERAMENTE IMPECCABILE

Mi sono recata in moto con altri 5 amici presso la struttura di Monticello: la casa è PIENA di tutti i comfort che, normalmente, si trovano in città e che durante una vacanza rendono la stessa molto rilassante. E' arredata semplicemente e modernamente anche nei minimi dettagli. Il fatto di avere per ogni camera la doccia ed il lavandino privati è molto positivo, diluendo i tempi di preparazione degli ospiti. E che dire della vista mozzafiato sul Isola Rossa....meravigliosa! Non ultimo la vicinanza al paesino di Monticello: tramite una scalinata che inizia poco sopra la casa, si arriva in 5 minuti alla piazzetta del paese dove si trova un ristorante che propone piatti raffinati e fantasiosi (non proprio a buon mercato ma ne vale la pena). Grazie Marcel per aver contribuito alla bella vacanza nella bellissima Corsica.

Location à recommander pour 6 sans probleme,cette maison est très bien conçue ,chaque chambre ayant sa douche, tout correspond à l'annonce. La cuisine est très bien équipée, tout est neuf et de bon goût de plus la vue de la terrasse sur le port de L'île rousse est absolument superbe. Nous avons passés une excellente semaine et le propriétaire reste à notre disposition en cas de problème.

excelente prestation dans son ensemble

la maison offre un confort exeptionnel, sans compter la vue de la terrasse à couper le soufle !! et en plus la gentillesse du propriétaire à vos petits soins...Deux points à améliorer : il faudrait prévoir + de vaiselle et un grd parasol pour la terrasse.

Le rêve...assouvi !

Il y a longtemps que nous cherchions ce type de location et nous l'avons enfin trouvée, jetons-y l'ancre ! Qu'il est rare d'avoir un tel équipement résidentiel, rien ne manque, même pas le sourire et l'accueil de son propriétaire et quelle vue !! Epoustouflante par son panorama et par sa disposition, quel rafraîchissement en période de canicule et quelle sécurité pour les petits qui bénéficient en permanence d'une bonne brise permanente. La propreté est le maître mot, merci Monsieur ! Vous savez y faire ! Chapeau aussi pour la conception des lieux, nous espèrons que les amènagements extérieurs immédiats autour de la maison s'améliorent encore quelque peu et ce sera ... le paradis ! Proximité immédiate du village bien vivant en 5 minutes à pieds.. Vivement l'année prochaine !!! Y.C. Belgique

Impeccable !

Villa indépendante avec vue spectaculaire sur Ile Rousse. Maison toute neuve, très bien distribuée et décorée avec du goût. Pas de surprise désagréable puisque les photos reflètent vraiment l'état des lieux et que le propriétaire a été très aimable et discret. Une terrasse panoramique pour contempler la côte et un parking privé pour garer la voiture. Le tout dans un petit village charmant perché sur la mer, à 5 minutes en voiture d'Ile Rousse. On a vraiment apprécié notre séjour et nous avons pu profiter non seulement de la mer, mais aussi des villages pittoresques des alentours.

Trés belle vue sur l'Ile Rousse.

belle location neuve avec tout confort: conforme au descriptif accueil très sympathique du propriétaire maison parfaitement orientée permettant de bénéficier d'une terrasse ombragée très agréable et chaque soir d'un beau coucher de soleil. une salle de bain par chambre ... le luxe ! véhicule indispensable nous sommes une famille avec 2 ados et recommandons cette location si comme nous vous recherchez des vacances reposantes.
