Triplex located at Av. Beira Mar in Imbé / RS, with a privileged view to the sea. Great location. A practical and functional property, perfect for family holidays. Come rest and enjoy pleasant moments by the sea. It will be a pleasure to host you.
The triplex is a property that provides a comfortable stay combined with the best sea view. On the ground floor we have parking spaces in front of the property and in the back, next to the kitchen, a patio with barbecue. Also on the ground floor is the living room (new sofa bed), dining and kitchen (new stove and micro), integrated for convenience; and a toilet. On the 2nd floor is the front bedroom (with balcony) double bed, wardrobe and 2 single mattresses. Only side we have the back room with 1 bunk bed and a single bed and a wardrobe. And there is also the bathroom. On the 3rd floor, we have a room with sofa and a window door that allows you to enjoy the sea from any angle. It also has a large balcony with tables and chairs to contemplate the view with more comfort.
