We drove out from Kansas City and arrived earlier than expected and the owners let us in 3 hours before the normal check in.
The house was exactly as described. Everything was very clean and nice. We had everything we needed.
I would recommend this home to anyone. Great quiet neighbor hood, great home, great owners.
Our stay was fantastic! The place was very clean. Rebecca couldn’t have been a better host. The communication was great and it had everything we needed. Checkout procedures were very clear. Thank you for a wonderful stay!
I was surprised how spacious the house felt when I went inside. I loved the relaxing decor and the comfortable beds. I felt like we had everything we needed provided for us. My younger kids loved the park right across the street. My older kids loved the fire pit in the backyard. I loved all the nearby activities that we could do as a family. We also loved the small town feel and also the friendliness of the neighbors and people in town. Rebecca the owner was always prompt and kind to work with. I would definitely recommend this place!
The house was nice. The online booking had it had a hot tub which it did not. We actually chose this property because of the hot tub over others that were at a lower rate of the hot tub on the listing
This property was perfect for my little family to come visit ama go to the hot springs! The host was more than accommodating and especially friendly. There were issues with the app during our check in day and she made sure to text me personally to ensure an easy check in! I will definitely be coming back again!!
We were totally surprised by the comforts and the amenities. The host responded quickly to our questions. The house is adorable. The kitchen well stalked with our needs for cooking a thanksgiving meal. The host even put a crockpot in for us before arrival.
We had wonderful time utilizing the fire pit to roast hot dogs and of course s’mores and just sitting in the morning bonding.
Great view of the snow dusted hills around and the late autumn colors.
I would recommend this house for anyone staying in this area of Utah.
We had a very comfortable stay, comfortable beds. The house is spacious, clean, and had everything we needed. We couldn’t find a can opener, that would be useful. The BBQ grill could have been cleaned. Otherwise we had a wonderful stay for what we needed and very close to the highway to get bank on the rode.

Good price and very convenient place to stay between Bryce and Moab
This home was decorated lovely and was very clean. It was spacious and comfortable with everything we needed. The location was easy to find and the area felt quite safe. Manager/owner responded quickly to my questions. Would highly recommend and would stay here again if we visit the area again in the future.
The house was very clean, nice decor, and in a great location for our road trip. Great check in and communication. If I’m ever in Utah again would definitely stay here. Thank you!
We loved our 3 night stay in Joseph. It's a great place to bring your family. We enjoyed the park right across the street, the goats next door, chickens roaming the yard, the front porch bench, and the back patio. The inside was clean, spacious, and nicely decorated. Great communication with Rebecca.
Rebecca's property was all it was represented as and more. We loved the country feel in the small town of Joseph yet it was close to everything we needed. The residence was exceptionally clean and well taken care of and although we didn't spend much time there, it had everything we needed when we were there. We would definitely stay there again.
We stayed here for a single night on our way from California to Colorado. It was a lovely, comfortable home for our stop over. We would highly recommend staying here and intend to again on our way through the next time
Perfect location and home base for our UTV riding and exploring the area! The house was very clean and we had no issues. The beds were super comfortable! The neighbor even helped with tools we needed when some bearings went out on our UTV. Very friendly town and we hope to come back again!
We would love to book this property again. It was clean, comfortable, roomy.

I was born in Sevier County Utah to a local country boy who met and married a beautiful Hawaiian maiden. I have lived all of the country, but keep coming back to the lovely mountains and valleys of Central Utah because of its amazing natural beauty and broad spectrum of outdoor activities. I enjoy traveling between the peaceful Sevier Valley and the tropical islands of the South Pacific, but specifically my mothers homeland of Hawaii. I spend most of my time enjoying my garden, my family, and my grandchildren.
Please reach out to me for more details on the hospitality available at our “CPR” escape at the Country Pineapple Retreat in Joseph Utah.
