Lovely point on fresh water lake in South Frontenac Ontario. This well appointed 3 bedroom cottage features a long, grassy waterfront with excellent swimming and superb fishing. The cottage has been updated with new kitchen, 2.5 bathrooms, new mattresses in the bedrooms, oversized smart tv, full amenities for cooking and BBQ. Wifi and internet included.

The view is stunning and has unobstructed waterviews and waterfront features lovely new 8'x20' floating dock. Kayaks and water toys available for use.

This cottage is a well cared for, family owned cottage. Looking for respectful family / renters to share its beauty and relaxation!

Frontenac Cottage

The hosts were friendly, helpful and accessible. Location was great - awesome waterfront views, tons of wildlife and lots to see and do in the area. Cottage was comfortable with all the amenities. Beds were very comfortable, which is a big plus. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Unforgettable location

This is a spacious and well-appointed cottage on an amazing lakefront property. The photos don't lie! Louis and Jacqueline are welcoming and easygoing hosts, cheerfully available by text for any queries. I'd come back to this place in a heartbeat!

Beautiful lake and responsive hosts

The property is situated beautifully on Buck Lake. The road going into the property is not conducive to towing boats over 16 feet, and parking a trailer can be challenging. The cottage is very large and the view of the water from the living room is spectacular. We did notice that there had been cutlery put away dirty which probably says more about prior guests than anything else. It is a cottage which includes the requisite bugs and mice droppings, not unusual considering the setting. The lake is very nice for fishing, boating and swimming. The hosts answered any questions quickly and were very helpful. We spent six nights and enjoyed our time.

Great outdoor area, not a classy cottage, extremely dirty.

The "classy cottage" left a lot to be desired. From outright filth, dirty dishes/ appliances, unmade beds, questionable clean sheets, mice dropping in drawers, and much more, not what you would expect from a "classy cottage". This was not a cheap rental in late September, plus a cleaning fee and service fees. We certainly expected to be able to use the oven for cooking!!!!!!! The owner knows all our issues, said they would refund our cleaning charge, but have not to date. Why are we not surprised.

Great spot on Buck Lake

Our family enjoyed the stay at this great summer property. Lots to do for adults and the kids. The most important thing to note about this rental property was the very accommodating nature of the property owners Jacqueline and Louis.

Tranquility and A good taste of Nature.

Property location was right on the lake as pictured/described in listing.Very rejuvenating vacation as we had nightly bonfires and listened to natures sounds such as fish jumping in the water and loons in the distance with their signature calls.Seen many deer on the late afternoon drives from short excursions to grocery store.My wife seen a couple porcupine cross the road and I seen a beaver run across the back yard.A+ all around. Hosts were very accomodating to our requests and as new listers very trusting to have us in their property.Water very clear and you could foresee your potential catch while fishing.Kayaks were a nice calming activity as well on a nice near flat water surface.Neighbours were friendly and waved as you drove by Lots of frogs in the pond out front our teens loved making them sleepy (rub their tummy).Leave your stress at home and enjoy a getaway if you decide to rent this property.
