Spacious four bedroom townhouse just minutes walk from the central city, museum, Christchurch Gardens, Hagley park, bars and restaurants. Large open living and kitchen area, opening to outdoor area with bbq. Fully equipped kitchen and laundry. Toilet downstairs. All bedrooms are upstairs with the main bedroom having a king size bed and en-suite. Two bedrooms have queen size beds and the fourth bedroom has two king single beds. Large bathroom with bath, shower and toilet is also located upstairs.

Nathalie's place was just as presented in the listing, quiet, clean and lovely. Very well furnished with comfortable beds, couches etc. And the kitchen left nothing to be desired. Very quiet neighborhood and felt very safe. Nice to have a washer and dryer. Highly recommend.

Everything went well before we arrived as the owners were great at communicating. Even with six of us, lots of room in a very comfortable setting. Great place to stay.

Great stay in Christchurch. The property was exactly as advertised. A bit larger than our family of four needed but we booked it for its modern design and location. Great value for a larger family. Even for us it was good value. We were not disappointed. Communication with the host was great, no issues came up during our stay. The kitchen is well stocked. The property was clean and functional. Overall, an excellent stay, highly recommend.
This was a beautiful, modern dwelling located within walking distance from Central Christchurch. Truly a cook's kitchen! We did not get a chance to dine outside on the patio table or use the gas grill. There were two roomy bathrooms, and one bathroom had a huge tub! We definitely recommend this family place!
Stayed here as a family group to spend some time together in Christchurch before we flew back to Europe.
The house has everything you need for a comfortable stay and is quite luxurious.
We parked our cars at the house and walked almost everywhere. The location is perfect: quiet but still very much in the heart of Christchurch.
Contact with the owners was very easy and relaxed. Corey was quick to answer our questions.

This property has an 'as new' feel with everything you could need or want at hand to make a traveller feel at home. It is in a quiet street within easy walking distance for conferences at the Convention Centre or Town Hall and our toddler enjoyed the playground around the corner, which was better than any I have seen in Australia. Access to the property and communications during our stay were so easy. Wifi was faster than any in Australia. Off street parking was also appreciated. Definitely recommend.
This is a magnificent with 4 large bedrooms and 5 beds. It is perfectly located within the city, close walking distance to parks, shops, pubs, cafes.
The carpeted double garage was perfect for extra space for entertaining in the wet.
Modern accommodation which was warm given the cold snap that hit us. The facilities were very clean. The attached garage was a great bonus. Overall I would highly recommend this property to anyone, including those on a work trip. It centrality to the city centre was great as it meant that we rarely had to drive anywhere.
Great location, as advertised. Only thing id comment is that could’ve done with a bit mire seating and chairs for table, 8 people stayed for some of the time, but we weren’t all able to sit in lounge or at table…. Other than that a great place to stay and enjoy thankyou.
This property is the perfect central location but still on a lovely quite road. It has 4 good size bedrooms and a wonderful kitchen, dining and living area. The outdoor is sheltered and perfect for a family bbq and glass of wine. There is also secure off street parking.
