Sehr schöne geräumige Ferienwohnung, leider mit Verkehrslärm
Alles sehr schön. Leider störte der Verkehrslärm, da am Grundstück eine viel befahrene Strasse vorbeiführt. Das war aus der Ausschreibung nicht ersichtlich.

Hôte exceptionnelle
Logement bien situé, spacieux et surtout la très grande gentillesse de la propriétaire qui habite juste au dessus et qui nous a fait,pour notre arrivée, un excellent gâteau au citron. Seul bémol : la rue est très passante mais la chambre a un double vitrage ce qui permet de ne pas être gêné la nuit. Encore merci Olga pour votre accueil.

L’espace dehors est très agréable avec de beaux arbres, proche du centre ville. Facile d’accès. Petite cuisine simple mais bien équipée: potager avec deux plaques, frigo, congélateur et lave vaisselle. Télévision dans le séjour (pour ceux qui aiment regarder la télé). Literie confortable. Séjour très agréable et reposant.

La propriétaire est très accueillante et discrète. Pleine de générosité et de gentillesse. Tout est à disposition (draps, serviettes toilettes, plage, gant de toilettes, torchons ......) Un ventilateur sur pieds est appréciable. Séjour très agréable, à renouveler.

Très proche du centre-ville et de tout commerce, 10’ du port en voiture, très belle plage également. Rez-de-chaussée totalement aménagé rustique mais propre, petite cours avec salon de jardin et transat de quoi lézarder au soleil un peu de circulation la journée et très calme la nuit Je vous le recommande sans hésitation

Séjour : couple (65 ans)
Parfait pour passer un séjour au calme avec un appartement en rez-de-jardin. Ouverture en face sud et en face ouest longtemps à l'ombre. En septembre 2020, la fraicheur était la bienvenue. Déf. de calme : pas de bars ou boite de nuit à proximité; cependant le trafic routier est présent entre 7h et 9h. Situé à 10 mn à pied du centre ancien de Hyères. Place de parking dans la propriété et arrêt de bus devant la maison. Propriétaire adorable. A propos de Abritel, un regret au niveau de leur site : obligation d'utiliser L'App Store ou Google Play
