It is a one bed one bath 40sqm, 100 meters walking distance to the beach. Quiet, affordable food. Nearby Golf Course (Military Golf Course).

Other services like Laundry /room cleaning can be requested with extra charge
Food store, tuk-tuk, restaurants are all in reach
Stunning rooftop pool, gated condo - very secure.

Condo staff can assist to call for motorbike rental or other types of needed transportation. Recommended for guests to rent a moto (If know how to drive), easy to check out restaurants in a broader area. Some good restaurant is hidden in the town.
