Perfect apartment

We stayed in this apartment for 1 month, it is our second year doing this . The apartment is perfectly located, well equipped to cook meals at home, quiet, very clean and the owners are lovely. It’s close to every thing bakery, old town, water, grocery store. I would highly recommend this apartment!!

Perfect Location

Right near the heart of Place Messina. Convenient to public transportation, shopping, restaurants and the beach. Apartment was nicely appointed, clean and the hosts were accessible, helpful and friendly. Quiet little paradise in busy Nice. Absolutely loved our stay and hope to come back again!

Beautiful apartment very well located

Beautiful apartment, couple of minutes walk from Parade de Anglaise. Owner was very helpful. Lovely quiet balcony facing private garden. Very well equipped and had everything we needed.

Wonderful welcome on Côte d’Azur

From our first contact to our welcome from Anne- Genevieve to check out, everything was seamless. The apartment is perfectly situated in the centre of Nice. It’s bright with modern furnishings, clean and spacious with a beautiful terrasse. A perfect stay in a beautiful place.

Fabulous flat and location

We stayed 3 weeks in this apartment and it was perfect; clean, spacious, quiet and well appointed. There is lots to work with in the kitchen if you choose to cook your meals at home. The hosts were lovely and quick to respond to questions. The tram and bus stops are very close and the train station is within walking distance. As well the beach, old town, bakeries and grocery store are close by. I would definitely stay here again and would highly recommend it.

We had an excellent week in Nice. The flat is very well equipped with a modern kitchen and a perfectly arranged living room. There is a large table on the terrace where 4 people can dine. The location is very central and you can walk to the Promenade des Anglais and the market. The landlady was very helpful and available, and the flat was in perfect condition. I would recommend the property and would return with great pleasure.

Spacious, very comfortable apartment in the heart of Nice

The apartment is excellent, much bigger than you normally see in Europe. Almost all of the rooms have access the terrace, where you can sit and enjoy the quietude of the courtyard. The location is steps from the Place Massena, making it super easy to walk to most anywhere in the city. The owners are so hospitable, I felt very welcomed and never had any trouble contacting them when I needed to arrange for parking or had questions. A real gem of a place!

Lovely apartment

One of the best things about the apartment is the location, right in the centre. The apartment itself is very secure and quiet. There is also a wonderful, large balcony, with the sun till 2pm. The apartment is very well equipped, everything you need for your stay. Anne-Genevieve was not there to meet us as she was away, but sent us by post the keys and instructions etc to get into the apartment. I was a bit worried about this, but it went well and we had no problems. The host also, very kindly let us stay in the apartment till 530 pm, instead of the morning, as we had a late flight. Nice is a beautiful city, we had a lovely time.

A Fabulous 6 Nights in Nice

Anne-Genevieve's apartment and its location were almost too good to be true! It is clean and spacious, with 2 bedrooms, a well-equipped kitchen, a good-sized living and dining room, and a bathroom split into 2 rooms: one with a tub/shower combination, sink and large vanity, and a second room with a toilet and another sink. Very convenient! There is also a large balcony overlooking a garden. A garage is located under the building, which is a huge benefit, given that street parking in Nice is essentially nonexistent. We rented a car to explore certain areas outside of Nice, but for Nice itself and most of the popular side-trips from the city, a car is not needed due to the fabulous location of the apartment! The building, which features an amazing level of security, is about a one minute walk from Place Massena -- the heart of the city! The pedestrian square is huge and contains restaurants, bars, various retail establishments, tour providers, and a train/tram runs through it, connecting to just about anywhere. Our host was away for all but the last day of our stay, although she saw that we were met and introduced to the apartment. She also phoned to ensure that all was well -- which it was! We finally met Anne-Genevieve and her husband when they returned to Nice on our final day and enjoyed them so much; charming, interesting people that we would have loved to know better. If we return to Nice, we would definitely adjust our schedule to be able to stay here.

Super! Die Wohnung ist super gelegen. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants in der Nähe. In nächster Nähe liegt ein grosser Park, die Altstatt und der Strand am Meer. Was will man mehr?

Top Lage

Die Nähe der Wohnung zur Altstadt und zur Strand-Promenade ist wunderbar. Alles ist zu Fuß zu erreichen. Der Balkon zum geschlossenen Innenhof ermöglicht ein paar ruhige Stunden zwischendurch. Die Übergabe mit der Vermieterin Anne-Geneviève war völlig unkompliziert.

Superb accommodation

Centrally located, extremely well equipped and ideal for our visit to Nice to meet with family from Australia who were travelling in France before going on to Italy. Great place in the center of Nice

The communication was very pleasing, fast, friendly and unproblematic. The appartment is very nice and quiet in the center of the city just near place Massena, the old town, the beach and the shopping area and easy to reach by tram.

Excellent séjour (fin juin 2022)

Appartement très agréable, bien situé (tout proche de la place massena, 5-7 minutes à pieds de la plage) conforme au descriptif : calme (sur cour intérieure d'un grand ensemble donnant sur la place massena vers le miroir d'eau) bien qu'au coeur de la ville et du vieux nice, bien équipé (cuisine récente, belle salle de bain, literie confortable, linge de maison de réserve) et décorée avec une petite terrasse donnant sur séjour+cuisine+ une chambre. Parfaite pour le repas ou lézarder sur chaise longue (vous trouverez des livres et jeux à votre disposition). Orientation globalement sud mais protection du soleil par store et étages supérieurs. Points de départ train, bus etc permettant de visiter la région sans voiture. Magasins de proximité juste à côté, bon restaurants tous près. La propriétaire est de bon conseil et à l'écoute. Séjour presque parfait (petits moustiques profitant de fenêtres ouvertes la nuit). Il nous tarde de revenir une autre année pour de nouvelles visites et de belles vacances.

Beautiful, modern, quiet and in the heart of Nice.

Mme. Roger is a gracious and perfect host. She went out of her way to get the keys to my family in Nice and acquaint them with the apartment when my flight was delayed 10 hours. It was spotlessly clean with all the amenities anyone could ask for. It is very comfortable and quiet in a beautiful building right at Place Massena. It is everything anyone could hope for. Merci beaucoup Mme. Roger for allowing me to enjoy your lovely place!
