When you return to this spacious two-story home, you'll find a clean and inviting atmosphere that caters to families and couples alike. With two bedrooms (the upstairs bedroom is a 700 square foot loft), two full baths, and breathtaking views of Fern Canyon—a lush forested preserve—this retreat is the perfect destination.

Upon entering, you'll be greeted by an open floor plan, high vaulted ceilings, and abundant natural light that creates an inviting ambiance. The centrally located wood-burning fireplace captures your attention, while a wall of windows showcases the boundless views, providing an ideal setting to unwind and savor the tranquil surroundings with a glass of local wine in hand.

LIVING AREA
Relax in the bright and sunlit living area, where you'll find two comfortable couches, one of which can be converted into a full-size sleeper. Indulge in your favorite movies and TV shows on the 65-inch smart TV, equipped with Roku, Netflix, Amazon, and more. On cool evenings, enjoy the warmth of the woodburning fireplace.

KITCHEN & DINING
Cooking enthusiasts will love the well-appointed full kitchen, equipped with everything you need. Sample delicious appetizers at the kitchen counter while your dinner simmers nearby. When it's time to dine, gather around the six-person dining table in the dining room.

BEDROOMS & BATHS
This home can accommodate up to eight guests, with two bedrooms and a sleeper sofa. The loft bedroom features a plush king-size bed and a queen size bed, both are perfect for a restful night's sleep. Watch your favorite shows on the 55-inch smart TV. The loft bedroom also has its own private deck. The attached bathroom offers a separate shower and a relaxing soaking tub.

The second bedroom is furnished with a comfortable king size bed and a 43-inch smart TV. Just across the hall is the second full bathroom, which boasts a beautiful walk-in shower.
