About this property
Urban chic and comfortable w/ garage parking
My home is located in the heart of the city in a working class neighborhood with ppl from all backgrounds. The home is a simple place. It's not big or adorned in high quality luxury furnishings... just comfortable, stylish and clean. Two bed rooms with tall queen beds and private baths are on opposite sides of the home which makes for more privacy. Allergy sufferers will love that there is no carpet in the house. With COVID 19 being a big concern, you'll be glad to know that we clean and then steam clean every room and then disinfect between guest stays: And a shark steamer is available to use if you'd like to be extra sure. Our home is all luxury plank vinyl except in the master bath. My garage is 600 sf with room for your SUV and bikes. The Galley kitchen has all the utensils and appliances you need to make a fabulous three-five course meal for your friends and family. Fast internet service and cable Tv is available at your fingertips. 10 Fitness gym is down the street along with specialty shops for every need.
Our local food trucks and restaurants are a hit. In a three minute drive you can get the best BBQ, delicious Mexican, five minutes further Cheddar's has a great broccoli casserole and great comfort food! Midtown shops, HillCrest neighborhood shops, and the Broadmoor shopping centers are just minutes away. You can also get a guest pass to the University of AR to visit their pool, basketball volleyball courts, or enjoy a hike on the campus.
I'm fixing up the cottage in back to become a short term rental also for the summer. I can't do anything about the boarded building next door. It would make a cute coffee/snack shop: (I'd love to buy it and put something like that in there, but I digress.)
My neighborhood isn't fancy but it's neighborly. Hard working, productive people are pursuing their portion of life, liberty and happiness. There's Plenty to enjoy in Little Rock, natural parks, shopping, local flavors, a trampoline park, race car fun, mini golf, adult golf, etc.

About the host
Hosted by Ms. Vickie
I'm a musician, a nature lover and a care giver for my sister and I love to travel. The world is vast and full of good things. I want to see and experience my share of them.
Why they chose this property
Good bones! I love the layout and it was a great investment in a location that is marked for new development and revitalization. The home is bigger inside than it looks from the outside. The rooms are spacious and not overcrowded with bulky furniture - just the essentials. It's close to the major interstate and easy for corporate travelers to navigate.
What makes this property unique
Diverse population of Asian, Hispanic, white and black people in the area! You can get cultural food everywhere! There are five major employers within 6-20 minutes. This is important since I plan to host traveling workers. There’s shopping, eateries, the University, the Mexican consulate, parks, the gym and conveniences in the area.
