The Boat House Marina provides a Valet Trailer Service to guests of the Coral Lagoon & Indigo Reef for a small fee. Our ramp and storage area are not open to the general public.
The service provided starts with trailer check-in. At this time we will get your contact and credit card information for ramp and storage fees. We will then assist you at the ramp and take your trailer after the boat is launched. The marina crew will give the trailer a freshwater rinse and store it for your stay.
When it is time for you to check out, please stop by the Dockmaster’s office or call the office to schedule a time to use the ramp. The crew will place your trailer down by the ramp so you can hook up and be ready to load the boat on your trailer. After you are loaded, you can pull forward and use a hose we provide to quickly flush your engines and rinse the brakes and axles.

Ramp fee $10.00 in or out, or $20.00 round trip

Cancellation Policy ~ All cancellations are subject to a $250 cancellation fee.
We have a strict 90-day cancellation policy. There are no cancellations, switching of homes or changing of dates within 90 days of the arrival date. The following fees are nonrefundable for reservations cancelled within 90 days of arrival: security deposit, reservation fee, processing fee, and any partial rental payments.
All funds collected are nonrefundable for cancellations within 30 days of arrival.
The guest named on the rental agreement is the only one who may cancel the reservation.
