STUDIO IDEAL POUR COURT OU LONG SEJOUR!!
Studio très bien aménagé et équipé, vraiment idéal pour court ou long séjour. J’y ai séjourné pour un mois, et rien ne m’a manqué. Situation: tout près du métro et d’un grand centre commercial, marché et laverie. petite rue et immeuble très calmes. Jje le recommande à tous vivement ! Le propriétaire très aimable et toujours prêt à rendre service. Merci infiniment, pour ce merveilleux séjour.

Perfect spot for a quiet leisure or business stay
Pros: * Conveniently located close to the main subway and bus lines hub Place d'Italie, in a very secure area featuring Italie 2 shopping mall, specialty boutiques, restaurants and bars of La Buttocaille and Paris Chinatown a few blocks away. *Small but bright, well equiped and decorated studio with large bathroom on a quiet street. *Easy to open, not to firm and quite comfortable flip-flop double bed. *Very fast and strong WiFi connection supplied with external hotspot access codes available throughout the city (and it work)! *Smart and friendly landlords leaving just upstairs. Small but noticeable cons: *Three-floor narrow staircase (big luggages are welcome but not easy to carry up!) *The shower is absolutely great but the drain very slow to evacuate — it takes a couple of showers to master it. :-) Overall appreciation: We stayed in this charming place seven nights in a row and will certainly be back. So read the place description thoroughly and if it is what you are looking for, just trust it and you won't be disappointed.

Great little apartment in convenient location!
The description was accurate and we really enjoyed staying here. Florent was very helpful with finding other things we needed, eg a laverie. Was very handy to a supermarket and to a major metro station, could easily get to most attractions within 30 mins on the metro.

séjour de 5 jours dans cet appartement proche de la place d'italie (à 3mn à pied du metro). Bien que de petite superficie cet appartement est bien pensé et fonctionnel. Le propriétaire a su se montrer disponible et accueillant.

Nous avons passé 3 nuits dans cet agréable studio très bien équipé (rien ne manque!). L'endroit est calme avec toutes les facilités à portée immédiate (galerie commerciale et métro). Propriétaires charmants et accueillants à qui nous souhaitons le meilleur dans leur nouveau rôle de parents. Une adresse que nous ne manquerons pas de recommander.

Petit studio très fonctionnel qui répond parfaitement aux descriptions données sur le site. A deux pas de la Place d'Italie, ce studio offre une situation très efficace pour découvrir la capitale. Le quartier est très agréable et les propriétaires avenants. On trouvera à proximité un marché régulier et très fourni, de nombreux restaurants et commerces. Pour le séjour de mes parents, j'ai choisi cette adresse. Ils ont passés un magnifique moment, l'appartement conforme a la description, salle de bain "o top" (bravo au proprio), quartier sympas, tout est a proximité (métro, resto, centre commercial, bar, marche 3 fois par semaine etc...) Et les proprios... On peut pas faire plus sympathique ^^ Je recommande cette adresse pour ceux qui veulent visiter Paris Conseille d'un parisien ^^

Deux Alsaciens à Paris
Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans ce coquet petit studio au pied de la butte aux cailles. La prestation correspond à la description. Nous avons été bien accueilli. Quartier agréable et rue calme, de nombreux petits restos sympas avec des prix corrects. Ligne de bus et métro à deux pas. Nous recommandons ce charmant studio à couple qui aime visiter.
