This new 6-bedroom beach house has a heated private pool (heated for an additional fee) and is just steps to the beach. This new and amazing property accommodates up to 16 guests. Featuring two master suites with king beds and spacious private bathrooms featuring double sinks and huge walk-in shower. It’s the perfect location and centrally located in Panama City Beach on Lyndell Lane – just steps from the beach.

DETAILS:
The main living space features view of the private pool area and outdoor living space. The comfortable and inviting living room features a 75” Samsung TV. Adjacent to the stunning chef’s kitchen feature stainless steel appliances, quartz countertops, Keurig dual coffee station and everything you will need to prepare the perfect beach feast. The kitchen island hosts the spacious sink, dishwasher and has barstool seating for 3. The large dining table accommodates 8 guests.

The focal point of the outdoor living space is the private pool. Outdoor dining table and seating groups comfortably accommodate your entire group. Enjoy your favorite game or watch a movie on the 65” TV located on the patio. Grill your catch of the day or favorite steak on the oversized outdoor grill. The property features a garage that also includes a second full size refrigerator.

The first master suite is located on the main level featuring a king bed, flat screen TV and private bathroom with walk-in shower. Just down the hall you’ll find a guest bedroom with a king bed and shared private bath with a shower/tub combination.

On the second floor you will find a second master suite with king size bed, flat screen TV, and private bathroom with walk-in shower. Down the hall is another guest bedroom with a king bed and a shared bathroom with shower/tub combination. Bedroom 5 and Bedroom 6 each boast 3 bunk beds. All bedrooms feature 55”-65” flat screen TV’s.

Perfectly Wonderful!
This is a wonderful place to stay, we had four separate groups stay and we all had our own space. The home is beautiful and had everything we needed. The beach was just a small walk away. The outdoor pool was perfect, I am pretty sure we will never rent a home without one now! :-) Communication with the manager was quick and helpful. When we come back we will get this place again if it is available.

I recommend this property for its location to everything. The ease of the check in process was great. The refrigerator was not cleaned prior to us arriving was my only concern. Everything else was excellent. Perfect for a large group.

Beach and Baseball
My family, along with 3 others, recently stayed here for a week long baseball tournament that took place about 10 minutes from the house. In that sense, the location was perfect as we were close to both the sports complex and the beach. While not beachfront, the house is only a block away from the ocean and the walk was quick and easy, even with 12 kids in tow! The house easily slept 20 of us (4 couples each with our own rooms) and 12 kids (ranging from age 5-11) between both bunk rooms. Everything was clean and functional and Andy was quick to respond to any questions we had. Pros: *parking was a breeze between the driveway and the street. No issues finding spots for our 4 large vehicles. * garage was perfect for storing everyone’s wagons, beach chairs and toys, baseball gear, etc. there’s also a second fridge/freezer out there that was so useful. * outdoor shower in the backyard was great for rinsing off sand before getting in the pool * AC works great — in fact half of us were freezing the whole time — bring a sweatshirt! Cons: hardly any, but a few suggestions: * the top bunk beds have no rails. We purchased pool noodles to tuck under the fitted sheets to act as a bumper, but even still, we had one child fall off the top in the middle of the night and it was really scary. Checked out ok at the doctor, but had a big bump on his head. If you are coming with really young ones, bring a rail. * the bathrooms didn’t have any towel hooks. Not a huge deal, but we all had to get creative in finding spots to hang towels. * kitchen could use scissors and a colander. But we made due without! Overall, I’d highly recommend this property and would absolutely stay again.

Getaway for the Girls
This house was an amazing stay. The location was perfect with a short walk to the beach and plenty of restaurants within walking distance. There is A Lot of space for parking if you bring multiple cars and the house slept our party comfortably. The heated pool was also a great plus! We had planned to arrive at 2pm but arrived by 1pm - management allowed us even earlier access. Altogether it was a great property and we will surely be back!

We are from Nashville TN, came here with family and friends. We loved the location just 2 mins walk to beach. House is very clean, pool is perfect for us. We had our bedroom locked from outside snd owner helped us in less than 10 mins by sending technician. Excellent over all for us. Would love to come again and stay here at same location if we get lucky :)

Great Vacay Spot
We rented this for a multi-generational family vacation (ranging in ages from 3 months to 85 years old), and the property was able to accommodate us all! The two king bedrooms on the main level allowed the older adults to stay without having to worry with stairs. The bunk rooms were perfect for the teenage crew. And having the washer/dryer in house was a plus! The location of the property was the biggest perk—-close to shopping, entertainment, dining, and the beach! We could have survived the entire week without getting into our vehicles. We will definitely choose to stay here again!

Had a couple of issues when we first arrived but they got a repair man out for the freezer ASAP. One bedroom door loose on hinges and balcony door broken blinds. But over all great stay would definitely recommend to others and use again

This house was amazing. As big and clean as the pictures show. The pool was a huge hit for the kids. We had 13 staying and we never felt crowded. Andy was awesome if we needed anything. Had a few minor issues but he was either there personally or had someone there right away. We would for sure rent this house again. So close to the beach.

Our family of 15 (my 70+ year old parents, my siblings and our families) had plenty of room and beds to spare. We had a slight issue with our neighbors and it was swiftly taken care of by our property management. It was clean and had plenty of hot water for everyone to shower. The pool was clean and warm. We had a 3 minute walk to the beach and a cart was provided for our use. Perfect family vacation. I would stay here again! We had a couple of suggestions for the house. It would be nice to have mirrors in the bedrooms and a 2nd set of washcloth and hand towel for the kitchen. We survived just fine without! Thank you to Andy and his team!

Clean house, great location, wonderful stay!
We loved staying here! The house is exactly as pictured but a little bigger than it looks in the photos. It was so clean and stocked with everything you would need, lots of towels and washcloths and plenty of kitchenware. The extra fridge in the garage was a lifesaver! We loved having the pool and grill in the back. It gets a little chilly in the pool once the sun goes down and dark as well. The outdoor shower to rinse off was a nice perk. The tv on the back patio was great addition for unwinding after a long day on the beach but still wanting to enjoy being outside. The house was decorated really beautifully as well. Andy was very easy to get ahold of and it was nice that he checked in after we were there for a couple of days to see if we needed anything. I think the only complaint at the house was we ran out of hot water most days, but there were 11 people total taking showers daily. It’s a 5 minute walk to the beach. You have to cross a pretty busy road to get there, but it wasn’t a huge deal. The beach in that area is close to the pier and wasn’t super crowded. Also very clean. I would definitely book this place again and recommend it to any family or friends. It was the perfect place for us with all of the Covid restrictions and not wanting to be in public or be around a lot of people. Thanks to Andy for being such a great host!
