Great location great property
Incredible location for this quaint little stay. Brandon is an excellent host and property manager. Easy to communicate with, is there if you need a reference for things to do. But also gives you the privacy needed to enjoy a great trip with friends. Recommend this amazing place to stay right on one of the most pristine beaches I’ve ever been to

Cute Beach Apartment
The apartment was very cute and met our needs for a quick beach trip. It is perfectly located to beach and restaurants. Lovely walk to historic district on Saturday. Parking is a bit tight but we made it work. Would rent again but would not bring SUV. Thanks very much.

Mostly great, but a little disappointing
We visit PG every year. We LOVED the location of this property! Close to the beach and fabulous restaurants. It’s in a very safe neighborhood and walking distance to many things. The first issue we had was right at check in. Our flight landed very late and we arrived at the property around 11:30pm. Once we arrived it was very dark and there was no directions on what door to enter. In the carport where we were asked to park in, there were 3 doors and a white gate. No signs or direction saying what doors went to which apartment or any numbers. I tried to call the after hours property manager and left a message. After waiting around for 40 mins with no return call, we decided to start trying doors. Finally figured out the white gate led us to the door to get upstairs. (The after hours management did finally contact us at 2am) I would suggest labeling/signs/numbers in that area to avoid confusion in the future. Once finally inside the apartment we were a little disappointed. There was a horrible smell that greeted us. After turning on the air and fans, it did help ease up the smell. However, The dishwasher was loaded with dishes, a few dead cockroaches, mouse droppings in the silverware drawer, dog food on the floor by the fridge(we did not travel with a dog), toothpaste marks in the sink. There is a darling porch on the side, but it was covered in ants and made it extremely uncomfortable to sit and enjoy. The one bed was very comfortable while the other was extremely old, creaky and sags in the middle. I left vacation with an awful back ache. I believe the place needs a few updates for the amount of money they are asking for it and with such strict rules on cleaning/upkeep expected from renters- should have 100% been cleaner! Also- we paid for a 1pm late check out ($30!) since our flight left so late on Monday. At 11:15 the cleaning lady came into the apartment to clean. So we paid for nothing. Overall, the location made our vacation and the apartment while disappointing was fine, just not as great as we were expecting. I’m not sure we would book this particular property again.
