Some information you will need for the time you're staying in fabulous Las Vegas:

2. WiFi is given upon request
3. Lock system for your convenience, the house is equipped with the latest technology of a smart door lock. You will receive a code which is unique to you only. This code is good for locking/unlocking the door lock.
4. Fire extinguishers : 2 Locations; Under kitchen sink, outside by BBQ
5. House Keeping: Daily/weekly cleaning can be provided. Ask me for details.
6. Property inspection: Please inspect the property upon arrival. If you notice any condition that is a cause or concern please contact me immediately.
7. There is one smart tv in the living room. Bedrooms do not have TVs
RENTAL RULES
1. NOT A PARTY HOUSE. If complaints are received by neighbors for partying, loud music, or excessive noise, there will only be one warning and then the contract will be terminated and you will be asked to leave immediately. The property is in a residential area so it is imperative to keep quiet hours as listed:
Backyards, pool and/or spa areas shall not be used between the hours of 10p.m.and 10 a.m. on weekends, and 10 p.m. and 7 a.m. on weekdays. No outdoor amplified sounds shall occur during quiet hours. Yelling, shouting, hooting, whistling, or singing during quiet hours so as to unreasonably annoy or disturb the quiet, comfort, or repose of any persons of ordinary sensibilities is prohibited.During non-quiet hours, outdoor amplified sound shall comply with noise regulations. All rear and side yard outdoor lighting shall be turned off during quiet hours, with the exception of motion-sensitive outdoor security lighting.
Due to City of Henderson rules and regulations, we have installed a Noise Aware system which will monitor the noise levels inside and outside of the house 24/7. This system will notify us of any excessive noise. If a complaint is received from any neighbor or the local authorities this will result in a non-contestable fine of up to $1,000 and/or cause immediate termination of the stay with no refund.
2. Smoking is allowed outside only. If indoor smoking occurs during your stay, a $1,000 cleaning fee will be billed to your account.
3. 8 Guests max. First 6 will be included. Up to 2 more guests at an additional $50/ night per guest. No other persons shall occupy the home at any time besides those listed on the Guest/Host Agreement without special permission from the Host and/or additional fees. Violations will terminate Guest/Host Agreement. This policy is strictly enforced.
4. The house is privately owned; the owner is not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities. The Homeowner is not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premise.
5. Keep the property and all furnishings in good order.
6. Please wipe feet upon entering and exiting the home, the carpet is brand new.
7. Pets are NOT allowed and if it is found that pets have been brought to the home there will be a fine of up to $1,000 to clean the home thoroughly. We have guests in this home that are allergic to animals and for that reason this fine will be strictly enforced.
8.Towels and linens will be accounted for at the end of each stay and shall not be taken from the home. If there are missing towels or linens, appropriate fines will be deducted from your deposit.

9. Water and Septic: The septic system will clog up if improper material is flushed. DO NOT FLUSH anything other than toilet paper. No feminine products should be flushed at any time. If it is found that feminine products have been flushed and this clogs the septic system, you will be charged for the plumbing service to make the necessary repairs.
11. Late check out: check out time is by 10:00 a.m. on the day of departure. If you would like a late check out, please contact Chelsea one day prior to check out for approval (as late check-out cannot be guaranteed prior to that time). Late check out fees may apply. If your flight doesn't depart until later in the evening, it is recommended to rent the house for an additional day, as it is frequently booked back to back, or the cleaning schedule will prevent a late check out.
12. Outdoor Grill- Is available for your use. Please ensure the grill is pulled at least 6 feet away from the house when grilling to prevent damage to the home. Be sure to clean the grill for the next guest.
13. No tampering with pool/spa equipment. The equipment is under camera surveillance. There will be a fine for anyone caught tampering with the pool equipment.
14. There are 4 cameras on the property. One at each entrance to the home.

These cameras are recording 24/7.
There are no cameras inside the home.
15. Backyard Rules:
If appropriate fees have been paid, the hot tub/pool will be heated between the hours and 8AM- 10PM.
No swimming after 10PM.
No loud noise after 10PM- ABSOLUTELY NO noise is allowed outback past 10pm
16. Garage is not included.
