The apartment is a five minute walk to the Ferry Wharf, great for visiting the city or commuting to work. This is a simply fantastic position for a holiday, or for executive longer term stays.

• This property does not have designated parking. Timed street parking applies. A parking permit may be available on request for the area's street parking.

• This is a top floor apartment so please consider that access is via three flights of stairs. There is no lift in building.

• There is no dryer in the apartment, however you can use the portable clotheslines and a dehumidifier for drying clothes.

• Please be advised that there is construction works across the road of the apartment.

• February 2024 - Air Conditioning in the lounge room requires repairs. Bedroom air conditioning is not impacted.

A stay by the Sea
Actually finding the property was difficult and very frustrating, but once found (with the help of a phone call to Property Providers) it was a delightful home for my stay. The apartment was very clean and the kitchen fully loaded. And to go to sleep with the sound of the waves was wonderful. The bed in the primary bedroom was only OK and the winter duvet was too warm, a simple blanket would have been perfect. I truly enjoyed my stay at the Sandy Toes.

Loved this apartment!
We had a great time! We traveled with our 3.5 yr old and 1yr old. The location was amazing and the unit was beautifully updated and clean.
