Our 2340 square foot Chalet makes you feel like you are right at home whether it be a good night sleep on great mattresses, a comfortable living space and kitchen spending time with your family playing games, puzzling or watching movies. This chalet is great for multiple families and also has 3 parking spots for guests.
Our Chalet has everything you could need to be connected to your family or work from the chalet – Telus Optik TV, Wifi and Internet.
This beautiful private penthouse top chalet in the chalet is perfect for accommodating a few families & friends with 2400 sq. ft and huge 22′ vaulted ceilings there’s room for everyone to gather around and still feel cozy.

Located in the family-friendly neighborhood of Upper Snow Pines, our chalet is located on a quiet street yet the village is easily accessible. Ski-out via the cat-track located right next door – a 1 minute walk from your private ski locker! Ski-in from Serwas green run opposite the chalet to come in for lunch or finish skiing for the day. Big White Village is connected via a beautiful lighted walking path just a short 10-15 minutes walk or the free shuttle bus stop located steps from the building.

The Chalet has a huge foyer when you walk in which gives lots of room to get your skiing gear on in the morning before you head out to the slopes. It also can house mountain bikes in that area during the summer months.

The main floor has an open concept great room which has a kitchen, dining room and living room. There is a large deck with a 6 person hot tub on this floor.
Enjoy the huge fireplace in the living room, comfortable spacious sofas overlooking the beautiful unobstructed views of the Monashee Mountains or catch up on your favorite Netflix, Telus Optik TV or DVD’s on the 59″ Flatscreen.

Unwind in the private hot tub while enjoying some of the best views on the mountain. You can even watch the weekly fireworks display from the hot tub on a Saturday evening

Families love the huge loft area with beds, sofa, TV/DVD, Netflix and a high-top table for games, etc – kids love to hang out here and still be part of the family. with their own TV. There is a second large covered deck with year round BBQ is off the loft.

All beds are super comfortable with Sealy Posturpedic matresses, quality sheets & duvets, towels, luxury shower gels, shampoo & conditioner provided. The large open plan kitchen is well stocked with bakeware, dishes, condiments, spices, teas & coffee (a full stock list is provided after booking).

The extra large foyer gives everyone space to put on their gear and the laundry room/mud room is a huge area for drying out all your clothing and equipment or for your laundry needs with detergents, etc. supplied.
There is parking for 3 vehicles with one in the carport and two in the driveway.
The private ski locker is conveniently on the ground floor securely stores your ski & boards.

Ski In/Out:
• Ski in from Serwas (Green Run), take a left just before the skiers bridge towards Silver Tip Landing. Walk under the bridge and down the road about 300m to Black Rock Manor
• Ski out walk up the road 1 house and take the trail just before Eagle Ridge, this will lead you to the bottom of the Ridge Rocket, Snow Ghost and Plaza Chairs

Ski In/Out:
• To access the ski run it is right out the front door then past 2 houses (usually snow covered) to the ski-in which gives you access to a groomed cat track which takes you down to Plaza Chair, Ridge Rocket and the Snow Ghost
• At the end of the day “Serwas” run (green) will provide access to a trail which runs behind the chalet and down the side to the front door.
