This immaculate 3 bedroom, 2 level, architecturally designed home is approximately 600m from the sand at picturesque Moffat Beach and trendy cafe's.
There is also a fabulous hidden gem of a cafe only 100m away called 'One Block Back' that you will be sure to visit more than once during your stay.
Upstairs is the master bedroom with ensuite and open plan kitchen, dining and living area that opens onto the timber deck where you can sit and enjoy the refreshing sea breezes whilst overlooking the beautifully landscaped gardens.
Downstairs are the other 2 bedrooms, bathroom, laundry with dryer and rumpus/ tv room for the kids, There is plenty of space to sleep up to 8 people. The bedding configuration is 2 queen beds, 2 singles and 2 single fold-out beds.
Well ventilated with ceiling fans throughout, high ceilings and air conditioning in main bedroom and living area upstairs.
Features include dishwasher, microwave, free Wifi, dvd player and a single remote lock up garage.
