Perfect Home for the Holidays

Jeeves notified us ahead of time that they no longer owned the property. While you would think this would be a hassle, they could not have been more accommodating. They were quick to respond to emails and made sure all of our questions were answered. They always picked up the phone while staying at their property. The house we were pivoted to could not have been more perfect. Spacious, well kept, and homey. It truly felt like home during the holidays. The pool was warm and the water park was amazing (including the poolside drinks). It’s a perfect location from the parks (Disney and Universal), as well as a close distance to all of the stores we needed to stock up the house for the week. Truly an amazing stay and we look forward to the next one.

Not again

First day was horrible. The pool was dirty, they did not delivery the BBQ on time and we found a big cockroach on one of the bed. Also the AC for the second floor do not work properly,. After contact management they came the next day and clean the pool and delivered the BBQ. The second floor was always hot. The air conditioning was never fix it. We tried to adapted and have fun in our vacation. Family first. The best thing about this house is that is close to the water park. Kids have fun.

Pictures Are Very Deceiving!

Our check-in was scheduled on yesterday at 4:00 pm. Due to traffic we arrived at 5:02 pm and saw two cars pulled into the driveway. After getting out we confirmed that it was still housekeeping. She stated that they came late and would be finished in 45 mins. I then called the customer service number and spoke with Eckem and he informed me that they would be giving us a two hour late check out to compensate for the issue and would also be sending me an email (which I still have not received) and to also go to Guest Services for the cleaning issue. While at Guest Services; the lady called someone and that lady informed us that the Housekeeping Manager had left for the day but that she would be sending them over the information and someone would be reaching back out to us on tomorrow to take care of the issue. When we got back to the house our family informed us that maintenance had stopped by and taken pictures and that they would be coming by on tomorrow to fix the pool, jacuzzi, and power wash the outside. Apparently; the people who were here before us wrecked the place and had a party and yet we’ve spent all this money to come to a half cleaned home and on top of that customer service and etc has been terrible. We’ve spent over $3,200.00+ with your company and yet we’ve been treated as if we don’t matter. I have listed all of the issues below (still finding more by the day so I’m sure the list will be longer): • The home was not ready at 4:00 pm and no one even bothered to contact us to let us know. • The house was filthy and yet still dirty after housekeeping came. • There were cigarette butts all over the ground out by the pool. • Body fluid stains on the patio furniture • Food was left all outside of the property • Games in the game room either don’t work or the pieces are missing • Roaches in the cabinets • One fridge is not working and smells terrible (fishy smell) • Bar stools are busted • Walls are filthy • Jacuzzi looks like swamp water (so we have not been able to use it still) • Maintenance was supposed to be here at 9:30 am and yet still no one has showed up • No one returns calls and/or emails • One chair is missing from the table • Blinds are broken at the pool door As of today; we still have not heard back from anyone at all! TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!

Great Home

The location was awesome and the house was nice. The house was clean but there were a few things missed, underneath some of the beds and behind the dresser. The outside garage can was not empty and were a few trash on the ground area. I took a few pictures, inside the fridge has a crack on plastic holder, power wall plate is damaged, one of the island chair has a side damage, one of the kitchen cabinet has a dark stein on the bottom, and in one of the kid bedroom the top opening for where the lamp sit on top seem damage. I did call and reported that these damages were there prior to us coming and the garage. The representative said that everything is reported. Everything else was great and enough space for me and my family.
