Completed renovated in May 2019. Ceramic floor in the entire house, granite sinks, new cabinets and a new Grill.

Has a wonderful stay. The villa was well appointed with fun amenities. Kitchen was well stocked and appliances very good. The pool and wildlife watching g was excellent!

I loved that this house is VERY child friendly!! We arrived with my 1 year old grand daughter and because we flew we weren't able to take amenities with us. I was VERy delighted to see when we arrived there was access to a highchair, stroller, pack and play/ toddler bed, and even a tote of toys and pool toys. I felt very safe with her around the pool due to the "fence" around the pool. Checking in was super easy. We arrived after midnight and didn't have to worry. Thank you for opening your home for us. It made our stay very enjoyable!!

Filthy not luxury!
This home was absolutely filthy. The floors were so dirty that we had to request Swiffer wet sheets from the property manager and mop it ourselves. The dining area had rooster plates on the table, a pug dog puzzle on the wall and cheap Disney cutouts in picture frames. The living room Furniture is full of stains. We had to wash the sheets and towels before use because they smelled used. Then in the end I didn’t get a full refund back because they said that we damaged 4 towels. Towels that were already stained. None of the linens match. The pillows were very used. There is mold in one of the bathrooms growing on the window. The rugs they had were dirty. We had to run the dishwasher because the dishes were dirty. The pool quit working on a Saturday. I called and told them that and the manager said well it was working fine before you got there and it wasn’t a priority to get fixed. They would take care of it Monday. Come to find out it was most likely weather related from a severe storm that has passed though according to the technician that came out. This is not a luxury home. Not even close. I’d say family home only because of the cheap Disney pics and dolls in the living area along with the pool enclosure. But no matter what kind of home it is, it was dirty and I would never recommend this home. This property owner needs new property management. Otherwise they should be ashamed.
