In-unit UV/HEPA filter.

This Unit is located on a .5-acre property in an equestrian neighborhood, Sherwood Forest adjacent in Northridge, CA. This is a detached unit from main house and fenced separately. This unit is Approx. 550 sq.ft, with 10 ft. ceiling. It was built with emphasis on quality and guest comfort in mind. Energy efficient and sound-damping walls. Private front yard.


GUEST ACCESS:
You will have private access into the property via a secure intercom code and access to the entire detached unit. Assigned uncovered free parking inside security gate. Public street parking available but ONLY in front of our property and not infront of neighbors homes.

Co-Host:
Simon, recently retired from Los Angeles Police Department in 2019, after having served for 20 years. He has acquired experience in law enforcement from years of working in different capacities and with emphasis on safety and security of the public. This experience has helped him facilitate a very safe environment for their guests.

In addition, he is also a Real Estate Agent with Keller Williams.

Both Simon and Edwin work from home and their main goal will be to meet your hospitality experience.
