The Blue Door Villa is unlike many other properties because it truly is our home away from home. This means you will have all the creature comforts at your fingertips. We are located on the Dutch side, minutes from the French border in a quiet gated community. This is a perfect place to relax with family and friends while you listen to the ocean waves and swim in the infinity pool. There are multiple outdoor spaces offering privacy or space to gather.

Outstanding View

Property was clean, well kept, felt safe and secure, the view was incredible with great sunrises! The pool was clean and great to relax in. Good local restaurants and beach nearby. Owner was very responsive.

Paradise

Was able to spend a week at the Blue Door Villa with my extended family. We get to travel once a year together but this was by far our top choice. The views and surroundings are breathtaking and the Villa itself is everything you’d want or need. Our host Glen was fantastic. Great recommendations and a wealth of information about the Island. He was very responsive and helped to make it the best family vacation ever!

Beautiful Retreat

The view is even better in person! There is a constant breeze that is wonderful. We had all the doors open the entire stay and spent most of our time on the patio. The kids swam their brains out in the pool. We called Glen the mayor of SMX because he knows everyone and has the best recommendations! We truly had the best time during our stay and wouldn’t hesitate to book again!

A Must Stay Villa at Oyster Pond

Our week-long stay at the Blue Door Villa was nothing short of exceptional, thanks to our host Glen's top-tier hospitality. Upon arrival, Glen gave us a comprehensive tour of the villa and offered valuable insights to make our stay more enjoyable. Despite some unexpected events, Glen went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and well-being. He also recommended Henry, an excellent driver, who was available to take us around the island. The villa's location was ideal for exploring the island by car, and the stunning views of St Barths were a pleasant surprise on clear days. We would definitely return to this villa!

Espectacular Villa

We stayed in this villa for our summer family vacation, we loved it. The views from this place are amazing, like nothing you have seen before, specially if you live in a city that has no mountains, you can even see St Barths from the living room. The villa it self is very big and convenient perfect if you go with a big family. Glen the owner is a great host, very cooperative in every way, very easy access to speaking with him. Very helpful. Thank you Glen.

You have many choices in St. Maarten and so we appreciate that you have taken the time to consider the Blue Door Villa. We strongly believe that you will have a wonderful time at our home away from home. The spacious layout and multiple outdoor spaces are a real benefit when you want to gather with family and friends or when you simply want a little alone or quiet time. The views from villa are really amazing. In fact, that's what made us fall in love with the house when we purchased it in early 2017.

What makes this property unique

Our home offers all the creature comforts as we stay at the house for extended periods of time. We love to cook and so the kitchen is very well stocked.
