Condo on Beach, Myrtle Beach, SC - walk out the back door and onto the beach
Fabulous beachfront location on Shore Drive, and Myrtle Beach's spectacular Grand Strand. This second floor unit has a nice view of the beach, has a private balcony, and is only steps away from the beach. It is located in the 3rd building (9520 Shore Drive) and is on the 2nd floor.
The two-bedroom, two-bath unit comfortably sleeps six people with all the amenities of home. New furniture in living room for 2019. The master bedroom has a queen-size bed, full bath, and private balcony. The second bedroom has two single beds. A queen size sleeper sofa is in the living room. The kitchen is fully equipped with stove, oven, refrigerator with ice maker, microwave, Keurig coffee maker, dishwasher, cooking utensils, table for four, and a breakfast bar for three. Middle bathroom has a tub for baths and the master bedroom has a private bathroom with shower.
The beach-front three-story building has open-air hallways, and is located near the end of Shore Drive on a secluded low traffic area of the beach. Instead of more condos across the street, we have the Swash, which is an abbreviation for salt water marsh. It is adjacent to a beautiful golf course, and is a great place to fish or crab. Or for even better fishing you can walk a short distance down the beach to Apache Pier, the longest pier on the east coast. A fishing license is not required to fish in the Swash, surf, or from Apache Pier. The owners use the unit and are always making improvements. Every effort is made to keep the condo meticulously clean and very well maintained.
Entertainment: visit the Alabama Theater, Dolly Parton's Pirates Adventure, Carolina Opry, NASCAR, Margaritaville, House of Blues, Hard Rock Café, Alligator Adventure, and much more. The Tanger Factory Outlet Mall and Broadway at the Beach are popular with the shoppers and are only about 5 minutes away, as are Wal-Mart and Kroger's. There are over 120 golf courses on the Grand Strand. Hospitals and Medical facilities are nearby. Myrtle Beach Airport is 20 minutes away. On-site security.
