The complex is centered around a lush tropical courtyard with a large outdoor pool and deck. The deck includes lounge chairs for you to enjoy a day around the pool. There are multiple outdoor grills located on each side of complex as well. In front of Anchorage I and Anchorage II, you will find a playground, memorial park, exercise trail, private walkway to the ocean, outdoor showers and private beach gazebos for our guest to enjoy. Elevators and handicap ramps are located on each side of the complex and are easily accessible. Condos feature full size washer/dryer, flat screen TVs, and high-speed internet. Ample parking is available.


* Please note Anchorage I is a SMOKE FREE building (including private balconies). Renters may smoke in a designated area in the back parking lot (opposite side of ocean)

* No motorcycles, trailers or golf carts allowed on the property

The pool was well kept and the proximity to the beach was wonderful. Only problem was rude, noisy kids for about 3 days. Management company took care of the problem. Additionally, people above us had very heavy feet and a dog and walked around (dog included) till after 12 at night. Had trouble sleeping.

Everything you need and then some

Room was amazing. Large with all the amenities of home. Upstairs is a little loud (not much insulation or sound dampening) so I’d stay on the top floor next time. Other than that little thing, we will stay there again for sure!

The workers the guest,everyone was so friendly. The best parts were the pool looks right out over the ocean and the grill was spotless everytime we used it. You can see Broadway at the beach,just blocks away. You don't have to go far for anything you need! This will be my forever vacation place! If the highest rating I can give is ten, I'd still give them an 11!

The area is not as crowded as South Myrtle beach which is what we wanted. The condo complex was clean as was our unit. The pool was nice and well kept. Would definitely stay here if/when we go back to the Myrtle Beach area.
