We are a quiet little boutique Motel in beautiful Edgewater Florida. We provide free self-parking to guests and we are close enough to walk to a couple restaurants and a convenient store. Come stay with us for your getaway or local event. We have a large outdoor pool for your enjoyment and nice for social gatherings. Your room includes two queen beds to accommodate your entire family. Our rooms are kept clean and well maintained. Everything you need is here for your short or long-term stay.

Great retro-feel stay

I was here to attend my last week of instructor training at the Bob Ross Studio, and this was the best value by far in the New Smyrna Beach area. No-frills unit, but with two double beds, a microwave and refrigerator, and a bathroom -- at this amazing price -- it was exactly what I needed. Expect a value stay that feels like you're in a 50's-feel roadside motel... where everything is kept clean and tidy. Great place to turn in for the night and then head out to explore during the day.

Very satisfied. Older property but spotlessly clean...had cable TV and plenty of hot water in the shower. Came in late. On a Sunday but was emailed the door combo Sunday pm so accessed room with no problem

Stay to watch rocket launch

Easy check in, room was small but clean. A bit outdated bathroom but was clean and had plenty of towels. Would stay again for stopover short stays.

Last Minute Family Beach Trip

We enjoyed our stay here. The property was easy to locate, and it was clean and quiet. The window unit and ceiling fan kept the room a very comfortable temperature. The pool is clean and well maintained. We used the on-site coin laundry a couple of times, and there were plenty of machines that got the job done quickly. We were able to extend our stay an extra night with no issue. We were also in a prime spot to watch 2 rocket launches during our stay!

Great retro place

The motel was probably built in the 1950s. The bathrooms retain their fun original tile. Updated with new windows, ceiling fan, newer tile floors, modern air conditioner and a flat screen tv, the room is on the small side but clean. The concrete block walls minimize noise from adjacent rooms. Mattress was not too soft. The manager was helpful and friendly. Great value for the money, and I would stay there again.

Very cute hotel! Check in process was quick and easy. The room was clean and stocked. The staff was very friendly...overall a great experience. We will definitely try to stay here again next year!

Carter's Motel 5

Our vacation Motel 5 was a 5 out of 5 stay. Mario, Kelly, and Tracy were all great and ready to take time to help with our every need ❤️. Our room was well equipped and clean. Really liked the Motel room and the style of the classic years past with the update of the present. A real 💎 gem of a kind and a great find with a great price. Thanks for our wonderful stay with you all. Just wish the weather had been better for all of us.

Shower is to small

The room was clean someone came in to clean every day the only thing I didn't care for and could not continue staying there was the shower was two foot square box and the shower head only had one adjustment other wise it was a nice place to stay.
