Located on the south side of Sunriver, just a short distance from shopping and recreation, this spacious and inviting home has a little bit of everything with a game table with an assortment of board games, bumper pool, and a ping-pong table in the garage. Outside the home relax under a large covered deck featuring a hot tub for those times you just want to put your feet up and wind down for the day. If you enjoy cooking and dining al fresco you can cook on the gas BBQ and there is plenty of seating for all on the deck. This home is a pleasant mix of updated and classic vacation home style, perfect for making your vacation memories in Sunriver. Parking for 6 in the driveway, and plenty of bikes for cruising around the 30 plus miles of trails.

Main Level:
Kitchen/Living/Dining:
The Kitchen and Living room in this home are the ideal places for people that love hosting. With more seating in the Living room then you will probably have bodies and recently updated amenities in the Kitchen. Everything you could desire to host a get together is in this home. The Dining table sits between the kitchen and the Living area. Off the living area is a game table for card or board games.

Bedroom:
The large primary bedroom is located on the main floor of the house with a King-sized style bed and an En Suite.

Upstairs:
The loft is located upstairs and houses a Queen sized bed as well as a full bath. The two upstairs bedrooms are located in rooms on either side of the loft with a Queen sized bed in one and a set of Pyramid style Bunk Beds in the other.

Recreation Plus (SHARC) Passes:
This home does NOT includes Recreation Plus Passes. Guests can access the SHARC pools by paying at the gate. Tennis and pickleball courts can be accessed by making reservations and paying the current rates.

*All items within the homes are inspected periodically. Items such as bicycles at homes are to be used at guests' personal risk. Such items are to be inspected by the guest prior to use. Guests are to report any needed repairs to such items. Cascara is not liable for and does not guarantee the quality, functionality, or safety of bikes or other items provided at the property.

This home does NOT allow pets, and no exceptions will be made.

After you book a reservation, as a security measure for you and our owners, we will be sending you a Verification Request via our partner, Guest Ranger. Please complete it as soon as possible so we can verify your stay. If we cannot verify your stay, we may cancel your reservation.

Booking Channel Guests:
Any time you book with us, but not on our site, for simplicity's sake, we have combined all fees into a single group. That group can include Cleaning, Resort Fee, Card Processing, and Hot Tub maintenance (all when applicable). The Service Fee is the booking site's fee, not ours.
