When entering the house, you are met with wall to wall French doors that offer wide water views from the kitchen, dining room and living room. You also have great water views from the sun-room, the master suite, lower level bedrooms, and family room.
The main level offers a large master suite with a new king bed, TV, wide water views that lead to the deck and a great master bath with both a shower and large tub. On this level is the second bedroom with a queen bed and TV. It is adjacent to a half bath. The fully stocked eat in kitchen offers stainless steel appliances, plenty of storage and counter space. The dining area opens to a sitting room with french doors opening out onto the large screened in porch. A laundry room with a full size washer and dryer is off of the kitchen as well. The main level living room is spacious with comfortable seating and a large TV. The deck offers seating and a gas grill.
The large, open lower level is a great space for hanging out. There is a family room with a large TV, comfortable seating, pool table all while taking in wide water views!! The lower level offers a split bedroom floor plan with one bedroom (queen bed) next to a full bathroom. On the other side, there is a 4th bedroom with a queen bed and twin with trundle. The bedroom is also next to a full bathroom. Both lower bedrooms have TVs as well. A mudroom with built in shelving leads to the lower patio with a swing and more seating. Several life jackets provided.
A fire-pit with seating overlooks your huge private beach area. Large dock area with plenty of seating and a dock swing to relax and feel the summer breeze! This home offers 2 kayaks, a paddle-board plus 1 canoe with several different sized life jackets. Blue Ridge Beach will easily become your family's go-to vacation home at Smith Mountain Lake with everyone wanting to return year after year!

Boat lifts not available to guests due to insurance reasons. Guests can tie up to the floater provided but cannot park in, under or around the lift.
Floating dock is 20 feet long with 3 cleats
Water depth is approximately 10 feet deep at the end of floater at full pond
Garage is for owner use only
Home has 2 exterior security cameras: 1 in driveway pointing at front entrance and 1 on dock pointing at kayak/canoe storage area.
We do not allow events or parties. This includes but is not limited to: weddings, showers, work retreats, graduation parties, parties. No furniture may be placed on the lawn. No tape or pins permitted on walls or house. Failure to comply can result in immediate eviction with no refund.
