Fab apartment - nice to stay somewhere where there is more than just toilet paper left for you! Kitchen and bathroom well supplied. Owners timely with communication and responsive to issues.

Beautiful apartment, perfect for young families
My wife and I stayed at this beautifully sunlit apartment for 5 days with our 8 year old son and 6 year old daughter. The apartment is larger than the photos on the listing show you, there are two bathrooms and two bedrooms (the children shared a room). The internet is fast, the aircon reached every corner of the living space and the large flatscreen TV has Netflix built in. The apartment includes handy underground carpark access and is located immediately over the road from Caulfield Park which boasts 3 or 4 different playgrounds. Supermarkets and range of dining options were also just a short 2 minute walk away. The washing machine and dryer were also a fabulous and handy feature for us! Would highly recommend this apartment as an amazing options for young families. We'll be back! Thanks Elizabeth for a lovely stay!

A lovely spacious, bright and clean property, in a well maintained block, close to all amenities. Our host Elizabeth met us at the property, showed us around and explained the features. Elizabeth was an excellent host and we would happily stay there again, next time we are in Melbourne.

The property is well located, close to public transport and overlooking Caulfield park. The apartment has fast reliable internet and Netflix too. We spent Melbourne lockdown #6 here and were very grateful that everything worked so well. The wonderful balcony with sunny aspect makes the apartment feel spacious and it is equipped with everything you need for a short stay. The building is low density, quiet and comes with great neighbours. Would recommend.

Conveniently located adjacent Caulfield Park!
The apartment appears exactly as photographed and is conveniently located adjacent to Caulfield Park and just a brief 5 minute stroll to Baker Blu. Elizabeth and Brett were very prompt with their communication and reached out during our stay to ensure we were satisfied. The only downside was the constant noise of the trams which started at 5am each morning and continued until midnight.

Very good all rounder
Stayed in this apartment for 3 weeks. Very clean, all facilities in good working order and of a good quality, great location, very comfy beds and Elizabeth was very helpful and nice to deal with.
