Ocean front community w/ peekaboo views, steps fm the beach & pool

SeaClusion is located in Surfside Beach SC

LOCATION: Our home is on North Ocean BLVD . This is a one lane “main” beach road with a speed limit of 25 . Serendipity is directly off the beach w/ no busy roads to cross (less than a minute walk to put your toes in the sand! )
It is part of a 12 home complex with a shared pool in the middle. We are located in an “ocean front “ development as there are no streets to cross to get to and from the beach. Views :
WE have very small peek-a-boo views of the water from the deck but unfortunately we are not an ocean view home. Please check out our photos for more details.
Noise :
There is a golf cart/ public access path that runs along the side of the home on the other side of our fence. Surfside Beach strives to keep their small beach town a family-oriented community. There are noise ordinances to assist with keeping it that way.
We strive to keep our home in good condition and perform upgrades frequently. This past winter we have put on a new roof and new windows. We have newer flooring in bedrooms (no more carpeting ), some new tv’s, (new Ac/ heating unit/ water heater, sliding doors ;) some new furniture and mattress'.

Bonus for larger groups :
Please do not try and squeeze too many pp in our home. For larger groups, we provide the opportunity to rent our other ocean front ( WITH views) that sits directly in front of this home.
Our lovely community pool ( shared with 11 other homes only) is in the center of the ocean front complex.
We do allow dogs BUT only with PRE-approval. SORRY but NO CATS :(
We also provide discounts to repeat renters and some smaller party guests.
LINENS: WE provide 1 towel and wash cloth for each listed guest, bed sheets and a hand towel for each bath room. WE DO NOT supply beach towels. WE are unable to clean or replenish towels during your stay ( unlike a hotel). IF you need additional supplies, you are welcome to bring your own or call our linen rental company who can help! :)
In an attempt to keep our rentals in good condition, and avoid misunderstandings, WE ASK THAT YOU DO NOT SUBMIT A REQUEST TO BOOK OUR HOME until you have signed our RENTAL AGREEMENT AND WE have approved your stay ahead of time. We work hard to keep our guests happy, so our screening process is vital to us to ensure we are a good fit for all your vacation needs!
Unfortunately we are not able to control for unexpected pool or beach closures. This is A RARE occurrence, but If you feel that it would be problematic for your group, please let us know prior to attempting to book our beach home :)
All rental homes are very different. We provide different amenities than other homes. While most homes in the area do not stock some kitchen supplies like spices, coffee filters, and or items such as linens, cleaning supplies, or beach chairs, were do our best to keep items stocked order to make our guests feel more at home.
