Guest bedroom 1 has a queen bed, garment rack for hanging clothes, access to front porch with ocean "peeks", second guest bedroom has twin beds & access to front porch also.  The guest bath has shower tub combo.  The kitchen has stainless steel appliances & is fully appointed and stocked with cookware & accessories,.  Dining has seating for 4, family room is spacious with 2 comfy chairs a cozy couch and a 57 inch HD TV.  Family room also has access to the large screened in back porch with padded whicker seating & Adirondack style chairs. Cable, Internet, WI-FI, full size washer & dryer and so much more! Beach House has a marsh front community pool for guest use and is located near public PVB beach access. Close to Mayo Clinic, Jacksonville Beaches, historic St Augustine, Downtown Jacksonville, Mickler’s Landing etc. Rates do not include taxes, cleaning fees, reservation fees and damage protection fees.  $75 electric fee per month.
