Living Room: The living room offers plenty of seating and a flat-screen TV, along with a desk area for those who may need to get some work done while you're here. There is also a comfortable sitting area off the entryway.
Kitchen/Dining Room: You'll feel like you're the top chef when in the fully equipped kitchen. With stainless steel appliances, a wine cooler and an island complete with a breakfast bar allowing seating for two, it has everything you will need to create your delicious masterpieces. The formal dining room is located off of the kitchen and offers seating for six guests.
Master Bedroom/Bathroom: Villa Geraldine has a split floor plan. The master bedroom is located off the dining room and features two Queen-size beds and a flat-screen TV. Enjoy the pool views through the private sliders that access the lanai. The attached master bathroom will make you think you've stepped into a spa, with its oversized, pebbled walk-in show and double-sink vanity.
Guest Bedrooms/Bathrooms: There are two additional guest bedrooms on the opposite side of the house. One offers two Twin-sized beds and sliders to the lanai, and the other has two Full-sized beds. They both share the second bathroom that doubles as a pool bath and includes a double-sink vanity and shower/tub combination. There are flat screen tv's in every room!
Pool/Lanai/Dock: Enjoy that bright Florida sunshine out on the spacious lanai! With Eastern exposure, the early birds will see the beautiful sunrises the area has to offer.
