Located on a canal and close to the beach as well Environmental offers close proximity to all you need. The simple and open floor plan provides for views of the canal as well as a sunlit and airy atmosphere. The hardwood flooring and wainscot touches will make you feel right at home. The modern kitchen has upgraded stainless appliances and marble counter top to enjoy serving and a seated bar area and dining table to enjoy entertaining. There is a gas fireplace to warm a chilly night and a door to the deck to cool the warm summer breeze. Also a plus is the full bath on the first floor to wash off the day's sand. Heading to the second floor there is fresh carpet to compliment the summery decor. The master has a unique second sleeping area divided by a great sliding barn door. The focal point of the property is the deck on the canal. A wonderful spot to relax socialize and take in the sights and summertime air. Enjoy crabbing and fishing or just enjoy the sunset off the pier. Environmental is sure to have all you need to create a great stay in Ocean City MD and is close to food shopping and as always a short walk to the beach.

Beautiful and great location

Such a prime location. Love being on the bay side. My family caught 5 crabs from the bay right off the dock where we were staying. Highly recommend for booking!

Not what i expected

The beds are the worst, very old sink in the midle,sofa very old and dirty. We had to live a day earlier even if i paid for it,because we didn't have any good sleep the hole time we where there.also we had to provide sleeping sheets and towels wish we didn't know till they send as the confirmation a week before our arrival. Very disappointed .

Great Location

This property has a great location with two off street parking spaces. The property wasn’t completely cleaned and could use some updating. Overall it was a nice place for a family to stay near the beach and overlook the canal.

Ok stay

Pictures looked amazing, when we actually got to the place the house was not as clean or has put together as the pictures made it look. There was no Wi-Fi called in four different times trying to get it fixed. There was no Wi-Fi. The dishwasher leaks, you could see the seal was sitting in the bottom of the dishwasher, so it must’ve been that way for a while, You could see that the floor is been flooded before and the floorboards didn’t even line up well. Enjoyed the location and pick up and drop off process was easy. And they let us know when it was ready which we appreciate.

Family Trip to Ocean City

Communication with the property manager was prompt & check in/check out directions directions were quick and easy! The location of the property was perfect for us. The distance was close to everything! Close enough to cross the strip to enter a beach access point, close to the restaurants on the strip, and far enough from the hustle and bustle of the boardwalk. The house was clean and as advertised. The appliances and kitchenware worked well with no trace of wear and tear. The beds were comfortable(we brought our own linens since we opted out of the linen packages). We enjoyed time at the back patio with access to the marina to see boats come and go. I would definitely stay here again!

Okay stay

The best view of the house was the deck and the bay. It was cozy home, just was very disappointed with the bed, the bed was not great, it was not comfortable. The neighbors nice, and over all the bike fest was awesome.

Underwhelming and under accommodating

Pack your whole home before arriving to this property. Literally this isn’t a joke - nothing is provided from the house other than second hand kitchen utensils. The home needs to at least have a queen bed - not 3 full size beds. The beds aren’t comfortable- the couch is in poor condition and when arrived it was wet. The stairs were as well and the home had a nasty odor (not the beach smell). I would rate this home closest to a motel. Also what’s the point in having keys when I guessed the door lock code? Why have a cleaning team and there is a dirty floor mat for the shower and used bandaids and wall splatter of liquids. This was a terrible stay and a waste of money. Great location but terrible nights rest and not comfortable by all means.

Summer vacation

The house was fantastic with great proximity to the beach and restaurants. Only reason this was ranked a bit lower than I’d like was our check in process was delayed. Management company was super apologetic as it took cleaning crew longer than “normal” to have the place cleaned. I would stay here again.

Great locations!

The property was a little bit late cleaning our property- I recommend calling the property management to remind them you are coming. We had to wait about 30 minutes past check in time for our property to be ready. Other than that the house was great! Really enjoyed the deck and the walk to the beach wasn’t bad. Fractured prune is also in walking distance among with food lion and other shops. It was a great vacation!
