Inside my modern-designed, new-construction home you'll find stainless appliances, Restoration Hardware furniture, and high-end fixtures throughout, not to mention a top-of-the-line chef's kitchen, a jetted tub, and a master shower with dual shower heads.
This listing will have 2 separate units side by side meaning you will have 2 full kitchens, 2 living areas, and plenty of space and privacy for your family gathering.
LIVING ROOM
Sit back and relax on one of the beautiful and comfortable sofas or armchairs that circle the large, wooden coffee table. This is the perfect setting to destress, relax, and debrief your day out on the town. The open concept floor plan allows guests to quickly and conveniently change settings between the three rooms.
KITCHEN & DINING
There’s room for the whole family at the large, wooden dining table. A fireplace warms the space and makes for the perfect, cozy dining experience. Travel to the adjacent kitchen where you’ll find a central island complete with bar stools. Stainless steel appliances and granite countertops finish this modern kitchen. Here you’ll have everything you need to prepare homemade meals for your friends and family.

SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS – 6 BEDROOMS
Enjoy maximum comfort and convenience with the elevated amenities and complementary essentials in one of the four spacious bedrooms on the second and third floors of the upstairs unit, or sleep away in one of the two comfy basements on the lower level.
Unit 1 - Three Floors - 4 Bedrooms
This unit has four bedrooms and sleeps 12. You'll find three bedrooms on the second floor, including a king master with a full-size air mattress in the closet, another queen bedroom, and the third has a full-size and a twin bed. The third floor is a queen with attached full bathroom.
Unit 2 - 2 Bedrooms
This unit has four bedrooms and sleeps 6. This unit has two queen bedrooms, a Pack n' Play, and one full-size air mattress.
BATHROOMS
Ensuite bathrooms are available in the Master and third floor bedrooms. A full bathroom on the second floor is available to the third and fourth bedrooms. For maximum convenience, an additional half-bath sits on the main floor of the home. The Master Bathroom offers a full-soaking tub and standing shower with two rainfall shower heads. One more full bath awaits and the lower level. Each bathroom is stocked with all of the essential toiletries. (Note: The soaking tub works as usual however the jets are currently down awaiting maintenance)
ROOFTOP DECK
You have access to a rooftop deck where you can get some fresh air, soak in the sun, and enjoy panoramic views of the neighborhood.

The Neighborhood:
The historic Central West End is a bright and vibrant neighborhood named one of the top neighborhoods in the US and is known for its upscale shopping, dining and cozy coffeehouses.
The Central West End is a highly walkable area with art galleries, antique shopping, great nightlife venues and stunning turn-of-the-century homes all located on the eastern edge of Forest Park just a quick 5 minute drive from downtown St. Louis.
Whole Foods, Straub's, and Schnucks supermarkets are close by, as well as all the top attractions the city has to offer making this beautiful home the perfect place to base your group or family while visiting St. Louis.
Getting Around:
The best way to get around is by car with most highways conveniently nearby. You can also use the Metrolink light rail system to get to many major attractions. Metro's efficient light rail system offers stops throughout the city.
St. Louis also has both UBER and Lyft available. You'll also see lots of Lime and Bird electric scooters throughout the city, so you can zoom wherever you'd like!

ABODEbucks loves hosting guests of all creeds, races, and nationalities. This said, to protect neighborhoods and properties from parties, reservation inquiries from local guests with few or no reviews will likely be denied.
PRIVACY-SAFE NOISE MONITORING
This home is equipped with NoiseAware monitoring devices that alert us if noise levels increase over reasonable levels. It allows us to reach out and request that levels are reduced to appropriate levels. To protect your privacy, the monitors do not record audio.
GUEST VERIFICATION
SafelyStay, Inc. verifies the identity of guests and checks criminal databases to confirm reservations.
TRUST & SAFETY
The SafelyStay, Inc. Trust and Safety Fee include up to $10,000 of accidental coverage for contents damage and up to $100,000 for accidental property damage and bodily injury.
The Trust & Safety Fee allows the security deposit to be waived while protecting you, your group, and the property should an accident happen. The $88 fee is collected at the time of payment and labeled as "Trust & Safety Fee" or "Management Fee."

EXTRA GUEST FEE
For groups of more than 11 guests, please note the extra guest fee of $15/person/night starting with the 12th guest. This fee is automatically applied based on your guest count.

The entire ABODEbucks team has completed the "Health, Cleaning, Disinfecting and Personal Protective Equipment for Workers who Clean Vacation Rental Homes" certification and has been trained on today's best practices to keep guests safe and healthy by following strict and elevated cleaning guidelines. HOUSE RULES
This home has been carefully designed and outfitted for the comfort of vacationers and business travelers. Please do not inquire if the following items don't work with your plans.
✔ Primary renter must be 25+ years old
✔ Pets are not permitted on the property
✔ No smoking inside the home
✔ No additional guests - If more guests are expected, please add them to the reservation
✔ No Parties - If the guests exceed the number stated in your reservation, it will be considered a party
✔ Quiet time is 10 pm - 9 am (including weekends). The neighbors are proud of their quiet, peaceful neighborhood, and we ask our guests to be respectful. Please keep voices and music down during quiet hours.
✔ Outdoor areas off-limits after 10 pm
✔ Nothing can be taped, pinned, or attached to walls, ceilings, or hung from the lighting fixtures. No glitter or confetti.
