Great pet friendly rental

This was a great property for our March ski vacation. The host, Daniel, is extremely kind and very responsive. It's very hard to find a property with a fenced yard for pers and a hot tub. The house was well equipped and very comfortable. Short walk downtown. and

Feels like home

Not the usual cramped ski quarters but plenty of space to call home for the week. Everything was clean and tidy. The fenced yard was especially nice. The meet and greet from Dan added a personal touch. We would definitely stay there again.

Perfect mountain getaway

We spent a quick weekend skiing and enjoying the neighborhood with our dog. Everyone had a blast in the hot tub, playing games in the living room, and relaxing. Perfect location, we love Frisco!

Fantastic Mountain Rental

Dan’s place is wonderful. The location can’t be beat, within 10 mins of Copper and very close to other resorts. The kitchen was well stocked. The hot tub was perfect for relaxing after a day on the slopes. More than enough space for the 5 adults in our group. Would definitely recommend to others and we plan to book again.

Convenient and Great Yard!

We had a wonderful stay, Daniel was super friendly and helpful with any questions we had. The house is cozy and a very well stocked kitchen! The backyard was huge! Beautiful with aspens everywhere, our dogs loved running around and playing fetch! Just a short walk to downtown Frisco was perfect for morning coffee runs. Highly recommend and would stay again.

Great Summit County Find

Location. Location. Location. With easy access to everything you are looking for in Summit County, this spot is perfect. Accommodations are as described - we were comfortable and had all we need for our three night stay. Dan is a great host and helpful beyond measure. We would definitely stay again.

Comfortable house

We enjoyed our stay, the house is so clean and comfortable. Having a fully fenced yard was wonderful as we travel with our dog. House was 100% as represented, which is truly rare. You can tell the owner cares about his guests and his property.

Fantastic Frisco!

Great secure backyard for dogs to romp, comfortable beds, wonderfully organized, clean and well stocked, and a nice location where you feel like a local. Bike path to everywhere is just a block away. Owners are super sweet with a background in restaurant and hospitality, and clearly care about the guest experience. We hope to return annually!

Dogs paradise

Home is great! Clean.. spacious…anything you could possibly need for your stay! Wonderful location for so many outdoor activities with our 2 golden retrievers..great area for hiking.. and the big backyard with all the Aspens…the dogs absolutely loved it!

A wonderful stay

This property was just great and everything it described. Daniel, the owner, personally came over to make sure everything made our expectations. He was very gracious. The home felt like home. It was great to have nice bedrooms for the kids and adults. We enjoyed the hot tub and a nice yard for a little dog Kitchen and dining area work perfectly the TVs in the living rooms in bedrooms and no problems. The location of the home was great. It was near a wonderful park and playground and close to downtown without feeling like you were in a busy area. It was just beautiful.

One of the best rentals we’ve ever stayed at

The house was extremely clean and well stocked with cooking essentials such as oil, salt, spices, fridge condiments, etc. The beds were incredibly comfortable. Lots of extra towels. Having garage access was great for letting skis dry off overnight. Plenty of driveway parking for our 3 cars. Hot tub was wonderful. Would absolutely stay again, especially being dog friendly!!

Home away from home

My family and I stayed at this property while we were transitioning from our home we sold to a new home. He was very attentive to any needs we had and made us feel welcome in his property. The fenced in yard was perfect for the dogs. I highly recommend this property.

Beautiful Home with an Awesome Backyard!

Our host Dan was so accommodating and made us feel at home during our stay. The house is nicely decorated with an awesome large fully enclosed yard. Our dogs had so much fun running around in the backyard, It was so awesome they could run freely and play. Very quiet, pretty neighborhood. This is a home where we would want to stay at again for our next visit.

We are the Fallons and we have lived next door to this property since 2001. I have owned and operated restaurants in the Frisco area since the early 90's. I recently sold my restaurant and now am staying at home more and spending a lot more time with my wife Shannon and our two boys, Eamonn (17) and Owen (13).

Why they chose this property

When the original owners of this property (since 1974!!) decided to sell several years ago we realized we were as connected to this house as much as our own and decided to buy it. We believe that you will appreciate this house and it's setting as much as we do and will comeback to visit whenever you have an opportunity.

What makes this property unique

Aspen Grove is a moderately wooded lot located in a quiet residential neighborhood. Many families live in the area and families strolling and biking on Alpine Drive are a common sight. The setting is beautiful with great views of Buffalo Mt., Mt. Royal and Wichita Peak. The house features nice sized decks in front and back, a gas grill and a hot tub. The house, while older has been lovingly maintained and feels like home as soon as you pull into the spacious driveway.
