It's a beautiful complex of 32 units and boasts 2 large court yards, convenient parking, fabulous pool and 500 feet of shoreline on the Gulf of Mexico! This particular condo overlooks a gorgeous, quiet lawn, sand dunes and , of course, the Gulf of Mexico. While only 40 minutes from downtown Tampa and Tampa International Airport, it also has quick access to Clearwater Beach, a grocery store and a multitude of restaurants and bars, but lacks the large crowds of Sand Key Park or Clearwater Beach! Belleair Beach is an upscale community located on one of Pinellas County's barrier islands in the west center portion of a tri-county metropolitan area. It is home to a mix of seasonal and permanent residents. Belleair Beach has the charm of an old-fashioned neighborhood, and the advantages of being a strictly residential beach.
