Very clean and cozy apartment. Had all the amenities we needed for a 2 night stay. Close to many types of restaurants and cafes. My favorite was sitting on the front porch and watching people stroll by. Really enjoyed our stay!

Clean, Cozy, and great location

Clean and cozy unit in a residential neighborhood of older homes, you feel part of a friendly neighborhood. While it's within easy walking distance of restaurants and coffee houses, the block is quiet. It was just what we were looking for, and we would definitely stay there again.

This is a really nice apt housed in a Century home in the Elmwood Village. Great accommodations and a really nice area of Buffalo to explore and still very close to all of the various wards. Lots of parking and amenities within a 10min walk.

Old Buffalo Charm

All the instructions were clearly written and easy to follow for check in. The apartment is charming and was very clean. 2 blocks from some great shops & restaurants and close to all our activities. We communicated about some ants on the porch and Melissa came right away to take care of it. The bed was comfy and the Bedroom very spacious. I would definitely stay there again.

Elmwood Village

Bedroom and bathroom were very nice. The shower was incredible. The inside was a little dark and the houses were close together so I couldn’t open the blinds. It had a real old buffalo feel, which was very nostalgic. I wish the couch in the living room was a more comfortable but all in all it was a nice day.

Great stay in a Buffalo.

The apartment was just as described and so perfect for our visit to a student at Buffalo State. It was very comfortable for two and even more convenient than expected. The house is a quick walk to Elmwood, lined with restaurants and a fun vibe, and a short drive to downtown, the art museums, Niagara Falls. The Victorian houses in the neighborhood are so pretty, and we loved exploring both that area and further afield.

Loved this rental! Perfect size, has everything you could possibly need. Close to Elmwood restaurants and shops. Communication with Melissa and Dan was very prompt and responsive! Very comfortable little “piece of heaven” at a very difficult time I needed to be back in Buffalo for family.

Wonderful space, great hosts

This was our third stay at this location. The space is the cleanest we have ever stayed at - it's always spotless! The hosts are super-responsive. There was a heavy snowfall with very high winds during our stay; our hosts dropped off a care package of LED lights, matches, and a lighter, just in case we lost power, and checked in on our well-being via text. We didn't lose power, but we very much appreciated the care and concern from the hosts.

A wonderful base of operations for exploring Buffalo

This is a lovely, cozy place to return to after a day spent exploring the city. The property owners are thoughtful and responsive - we arrived to find coffee, creamer and sugar in the kitchen, a pitcher of water in the fridge, basic toiletries in the bath, AND Netflix and Prime Accounts logged in and ready to watch! The neighborhood is tree-lined, quiet, and very walkable. People out walking dogs, taking the air, etc. - everybody is friendly, and the whole area is fun. It's also very close to restaurants, small shops, etc. LOVED LOVED LOVED the pollinator garden in lieu of grass in the front yard! So many flowers, such a nice environment.
