Perfect for the family to spend time together, this open concept living space has a mounted 50’ TV, a gas fireplace & comfortable seating for 5. There is also a game table with seating for 3. Enjoy instant access to the kitchen, dining area & back deck in this 2nd floor great room.

The chef of the group will love thie fully stocked kitchen. There’s plenty of counter space for helping hands as well as 3 stools at the counter. When food is hot, the dining table is just steps away and seats 6. There is a table on the deck with 4 chairs and a gas BBQ. On the ground level there is another deck to enjoy the views.

When it’s time for bed there are 4 rooms to lay your head. The master is upstairs & 3 bedrooms are on the ground floor. The upstairs master is complete with ensuite bathroom, walk-in shower, and dual sinks. There is another full bathroom upstairs and a newly remodeled full bath downstairs. All bathrooms have walk-in showers.

Pets: 1-2 dogs allowed w/ pre-approval, additional fee required. No other animals allowed. Bring a crate if you plan to leave a dog unattended. Dogs are not allowed on furniture or in/on beds. Any barking or behavior that bothers neighbors is not allowed. You will be responsible for extra cleaning charges for hair on furniture, stains, dog droppings, & any damage caused by dog(s).

There is no AC at this home.
