Férias excelentes

O apartamento é conforme anunciado no site. Estava tudo muito limpo e organizado. Móveis, eletrodomésticos e utensilhos em perfeitas condições. Os locatários são excelentes, muito atenciosos e solícitos. Além de nos atenderem muito bem, conhecem ótimos lugares e restaurantes, os quais nos indicaram. Recomendamos com certeza.

Simplesmente PERFEITO...

Bom, nem sei por onde começar, como já disse na Legenda ai de cima, SIMPLESMENTE PERFEITO!!! Fomos entre 6 pessoas, passamos uma semana incrível. Dona Vera a dona do Imóvel sempre bem prestativa desde o primeiro contato via e-mail até o ultimo dia de estadia. O Imóvel é impecável, lindo, completo, espaçoso, tem tudo oque precisamos no dia a dia. Ficamos muito satisfeitos com o apto, muito mais do que imaginava. Super indico, com certeza vamos voltar assim que possível. Quero agradecer também a Julia, filha dos donos que foi quem nos recebeu, muito atenciosa, nos orientou em tudo. Obrigada.

Lindo apartamento

Meu primeiro aluguel no site aluguel por temporada não poderia ter sido melhor. Nossa estadia foi maravilhosa na praia dos Ingleses. Agradeço pela atenção da Vera e seu esposo que foram muito atenciosos. O ap eh super lindo, completo pois tem tudo que uma casa pode oferecer desde ferro de passar roupa a maquina de lavar e todos os utensílios domésticos disponíveis alem de churrasqueira na sacada e ar split em todos os ambientes. Me senti em casa! Super recomendo. Obrigada Vera! Com certeza voltaremos!

Apartamento bem equipado, espaçoso e bem localizad

Apartamento muito bem equipado (TV com canais abertos e fechados, microondas, sanduicheira, maquina de lavar, wi fi, 2 varais, ferro e tábua de passar roupa, split nos quartos e na sala), bem espaçoso (2 quartos, 2 banheiros, sala, varanda bacana com churrasqueira, cozinha e área de serviço) e super limpo. Perto de uma das melhores praias de Floripa (dá para ir andando). A proprietária, d. Vera, é muito simpática e solícita, nos deixando muito à vontade. Recomendo fortemente e voltaria de novo.

Excelente Apartamento

O apartamento é ótimo! Muito próximo à praia e ao centro. Possui uma infraestrutura maravilhosa e com muito conforto. Os proprietários Vera e Paulo sempre muito gentis e atenciosos. Férias maravilhosas em Florianópolis

Posso afirmar que foram férias maravilhosas e o casal que nos cedeu o apartamento é excelente. São imensamente atenciosos e simpáticos. O apartamento é maravilhoso, limpo e muito funcional. Tranquilidade

Lugar tranquilo, perfeito para famílias. A Vera (proprietária)foi super atenciosa conosco, o apartamento tem toda estrutura que é preciso para a estadia, limpo, e arejado. Passamos por dias bem sossegados em nossas férias. Esperamos retornar mais vezes pois fomos muito bem acolhidos. Vale a pena alugar este imóvel. Que DEUS abençoe a Vera e sua família!!!! Excelente apartamento, perto do mar.

Alugamos este apartamento por 7 dias (04 a 11.12.11). É realmente excelente, tudo que fala no site é verdadeiro, é perto da praia, os proprietários prestam ótimo serviço. Recomendo a quem queira fazer um veraneio de qualidade e com preço baixo. Luzia Regina Garcez
