On the first there are living room, kitchen, two bedrooms terrace with the pool.
On the second floor there are 2 bedrooms and a large terrace with barbeque. And one more bedroom on the ground floor with bathroom.

The nearest beach is 200 meters.

Very Important: THE LIFT DON´T WORK, BBQ ON REQUEST (EXTRA CHARGE)

The cost includes linen/towels, cleaning, electrical and gas usage.

We also have other apartments of similar characteristics available to rent.

Pool heating is available for the additional cost.

You need also to pay the security deposit in cash (500 euros or the equivalent in another currency) which is to be returned to you on your check-out day.

CHECK IN TIME IS AFTER 16:00 AND CHECK OUT TIME IS TILL 11:00
If you check in between 21:00 and 8:00 you must pay additionally 50 euros.
If you have different timetable, please let us know.

PLEASE BE AWARE: Please note that we reserve the rights to take action needed to maintain the villa in appropriate conditions, therefore twice a week all swimming pools must have maintenance by our maintenance employee, please do not prevent this action at any time. In some particular circumstances we reserve the rights to move reservation from one villa to another with appropriate advance notice. Transfer of the reservation will be made within the same address, the same complex, to equal villa with the same amenities.
