About this property

Duplex apartment of 35 m2 (independent building) with room on the ground floor for storing bikes, on the 1st floor, an American kitchen, a living room with sofa bed of 130/190. Separate WC. On the second floor, a bedroom, a bathroom, as well as a panoramic terrace of 8 m2.
This apartment is located in the heart of a charming fishing village, classified among the most beautiful villages in France.
Many shops make the life of the village: bakery, grocery-press, markets under the old halls on Wednesday morning, restaurants, bars, tobacco, as well as many craftsmen and shops.
Beautiful sandy beaches 10 minutes by car.

FOR INFORMATION :
From mid-June to mid-September, weekly rental only takes place from Saturday afternoon from 4 p.m. to the following Saturday no later than 10:30 a.m., after an inventory.
From Sept. 15 to the end of May we also offer:

The rental is two nights minimum.

Excellent séjour à Mornac

Un excellent séjour à tous points de vue. Nous avons été très bien accueillis par Brigitte et Frits. L'appartement était dans un état de propreté impeccable, les explications données à l'arrivée montrent que tout est pensé pour le bien-être des vacanciers. La terrasse est un atout parmi d'autres tels que la luminosité et surtout le calme incroyable de la maison qui permet un vrai repos, au coeur même de l'animation estivale de Mornac, pleine de charme et d'authenticité. Nous reviendrons !

Charmante studio in mooi dorpje

Compacte, maar goed voorziene en keurige studio op een mooie plek. Fijn dat je buiten kon zitten op het dakterras met mooi uitzicht over het dorp en heel handig dat er een eigen parkeerplaats voor de deur is. Midden in een erg pittoresk dorpje met restaurantjes op loopafstand en een goede uitvalsbasis om de rest van de streek te bekijken.

Absolument parfait

Appartement très agréable, très bien équipé et décoré avec goût. Le village est d'une incroyable tranquillité, on peut dormir les fenêtres grandes ouvertes et apprécier les levers et les couchers de soleil sur les marais. Super séjour

Un accueil très sympathique de la part de Brigitte et Frits. La location est conforme à la description, très propre et au calme avec néanmoins toutes les commodités ( commerces, restos...) Le petit plus : les deux vélos mis à disposition, ce qui nous a permis de faire de superbes ballades.

Perfect hide-away

Nice village, good starting point for trips into the surrounding area. Even in mid-August, it was possible to find peace and quiet - not in the restaurants, though, where it is highly advisable to make reservations. The apartment has all you can ask for, and everything was in good condition and clean. Free public parking is close. The bikes are a plus we appreciated.. The staircase between the 1st and 2nd floor might be a problem for some people, we (60+) could still manage. Note that the toilet is on the first floor, not on the same level as the bathroom and the sleeping room. Owners very nice and helpful. If we come back to this area, the apartment will be on our list!

Séjour typique dans un village au bord de la Seudre

Nous avons découvert Mornac-sur-Seudre avec un immense plaisir. Voici un village pittoresque, accueillant où nous avons passé une semaine de vacances formidable, proche des plages, de lieux historiques, de villes comme La Rochelle, Saintes et Rochefort. L’appartement est ravissant et pratique. Nos hôtes nous ont accueillis en nous donnant des adresses et se sont montrés extrêmement disponibles durant notre séjour.

Eine Oase der Ruhe mit prächtigen Aussichten in einem herrlichen Dorf

Wir haben im Juni 2018 drei wunderschöne Wochen in diesem Haus verbracht und sind begeistert wieder nach Hause gefahren. Brigitte und Frits waren ausserordentlich freundliche, hilfsbereite und grosszügige Gastgeber. Das Duplex mit Charme war einwandfrei sauber und mit allem ausgerüstet, was wir benötigten. Besonders genossen haben wir die herrlichen Abende und Sonnenuntergänge auf der Terrasse. Die Aussicht auf den behäbigen romanischen Kirchturm und die Austernzuchtbecken war von besonderer Schönheit. Im Dorf findet man in der Superette und beim Bäcker alles, was man für den täglichen Bedarf benötigt. Beide Geschäfte sind nur ein paar Schritte weit und die Besitzer sehr freundlich. Mornac zählt mit seinen alten Häusern und Gässchen zu den schönsten Dörfern Frankreichs. Es verfügt über hochwertige Ateliers und Boutiquen sowie über sehr gute Restaurants (Ô Salines, Cambuse, Marais). Der kleine idyllische Hafen lädt immer wieder zum Verweilen ein. Das Dorf liegt auch gut, um zu den wunderschönen Stränden im Norden, Westen und Süden der Presqu'île d'Arvert zu gelangen, die romanischen Sakralbauten der Saintonge, die eindrücklichen Städte der nächsten Umgebung und die prächtigen Uferlandschaften zu bewandern oder mit dem Rad zu befahren. Entgehen lassen darf man sich auf keinen Fall Perlen wie die Kathedrale von Aulnay, die Corderie Royale in Rochefort, Kirche und Dörfchen in Talmont, die Hafenstadt La Rochelle und den Besuch des Phare von Cordouan. Charmant petit appartement dans village atypique

Nous avons adoré cette semaine à Mornac Sur Seudre! L'appartement est coquet et confortable. Il se compose sur 3 niveaux avec au RDC le local à vélo ; le séjour et toilettes au 1er niveau et la chambre, la salle de bain et la terrasse au dernier niveau. Nous avons particulièrement aimé ce petit extérieur baigné de soleil! La ville est calme, la vue sur l'église romane nous a beaucoup plu. Les propriétaires sont charmants et disponibles. Les lieux sont propres et équipés convenablement. Les deux vélos laissés avec la location sont un vrai plus! Bref, nous avons adoré et nous recommandons chaleureusement cet endroit.

Un séjour des plus agréables

Une location de rêve dans un village paisible tout en étant très animé. Un appartement de belle qualité, bien meublé, très propre et très bien situé. Une terrasse qui agrémente le tout,bien située et une vue imprenable depuis celle-ci. Des propriétaires d'une réelle gentillesse et très serviables. Un séjour qui nous sera inoubliable!
