Floor to ceiling windows showcases a stunning natural landscape across the coast and countryside. Abundant natural light filters through the house during the day while automatic blinds provide privacy at night. Large screen TVs and a Sonos sound system will keep you entertained. Ducted heating and cooling and an indoor fireplace will provide the comfort you expect.

A two-minute walk to the white sandy beach and pristine friendly waters of St Vincent Gulf. Look out for passing dolphins and whales, especially in the early evenings.

Getting Around:
From Adelaide airport or the CBD, it’s less than a 45-minute drive. Trains from Adelaide CBD also run regularly to Seaford Station where you can get a taxi/Uber for a small fare. Free on-site parking for two cars and additional off-site parting available
SUNSET CLIFFS is an easy 10-minute drive to the fabulous wine region of McLaren Vale. Port Willunga's Star of Greece, a popular restaurant, is only a couple of minutes away. Only a 10 minute drive to the beautiful country feel of Willunga. Be sure to check out the Farmers Market and sample the local produce each Saturday morning.
You will also be close enough to enjoy a day trip drive down the Fleurieu Peninsula, to the McLaren Vale Wineries restaurants or Goolwa via Port Elliot or Victor Harbor. Even Kangaroo Island is not too far away.
