Welcome to our apartment in the south of the island of Fuerteventura!
Enjoy your holidays in a modern bungalow in residential complex just 10 minutes walk from the best beaches of Costa Calma. You have at your disposal a well-equipped kitchen, two bedrooms (one double and one single), a living room with TV and sofa bed, a comfortable terrace with barbecue, a bathroom with shower and a washing machine.... The apartment is next to the parking place and there is a small center with supermarket, bars and restaurants next door. The complex is very quiet and residential, but recently it is under reconstructions and the pool is closed. It is close to the idyllic tourist center of Costa Calma.

Bienvenidos a nuestro apartamento en el sur de Fuerteventura! Disfruten las vacaciones en un moderno bungalow en el complejo residencial a 10 minutos a pie de las mejores playas de Costa Calma. Tienen a su disposición una cocina bien equipada, dos dormitorios (uno doble y uno sencillo), un salón con TV y sofá cama, una cómoda terraza con barbacoa, un baño con ducha y lavadora... El apartamento se encuentra al lado del parking y hay un pequeño centro con supermercado, bares y restaurantes al lado. El complejo es tranquilo y residencial, pero actualmente está en reconstrucción y la piscina está cerrada. El complejo se encuentra cerca del idílico centro turístico de Costa Calma.

Wonderfull days

Thank, Lucie, for making us happy during our stay in Costa Calma. Property is very well located, very clean, walking distance to the sandy beaches, nearest shop is very close to the down door, as well as medicine center where if necessary you can get a test results in 10 minutes.. Thanks, Lucie!

Great location with excellent service!

Lucie was extremely responsive and available as well as the local contact, Petra. Very friendly and willing to come by if there were issues. The beach is walking distance as well as a supermarket, a nice tapas restaurant, and a convenience store open as late as 10pm. During this pandemic, it was easy to get a PCR test right next door at CenMed with same day results. Overall, an enjoyable and positive experience!
