Im always a phone call or text away. I only live 12 min from the lake house

I have an amazing neighborhood. Its very safe and the neighbors are wonderful.
- We do not offer early check in, we need all the time to prepare the house for next guests arrival

- No shoes in the house, quiet hours after 9 pm. We have neighbors who we need to respect the noise levels.

- all ages are welcomed, however adults over 24 needed to sign lease agreement to rent the house and must remain at the house.

- We will be reaching out to you to sign our lease agreement and house rule sheet day of arrival

-Absolutely no parties or events

-Maximum occupancy is 13 guests at all times.

-No parking in street

-No parking in neighbors driveways

Outstanding Experience

Spacious clean house on the lake

The house was very spacious and fit all 13 of us. Plenty of indoor and outdoor seating. Also, the place was very clean and check in was super easy and the hosts were very responsive. We would defiantly stay again!

Perfect Lakeside Cottage

Great Sunsets!

This was a perfect house for our family, lots of room!. Appliances are new and large. We appreciated the High chair and portacrib. The yard was great, the lake access was rocky but doable, we were able to get the kayaks in and enjoy evening swims. We would definitely recommend this house for a vacation.

Perfect Lake House!

This was the perfect place for the 12 of us! Great location, beautiful, clean property full of amenities. Close to grocery and lots of parking for our rental cars. Loved waking up to the birds all around the property, had a mink family nested in the rocks, and a nice, quiet neighborhood with friendly neighbors! Only downside is there are no window coverings in the master bedroom but a sleep mask couldn’t solve. AC units in each bedroom were appreciated during warm, humid nights!

Large house with spectacular views!

We stayed at this house for my daughter's wedding and the house is fabulous!! I would highly recommend it and plan to stay again if the opportunity arises. The house is well appointed with plenty of beds for sleeping. The view of the lake is spectacular!

Family reunion & birthday celebration

We loved the house itself and also the beautiful waterfront location. It was just the size we needed. The kitchen has a lot of room and has clean and modern appliances. It is well-supplied with dishes, but we could have used a few more tools for cooking. Unfortunately, the master bedroom bath had both towel rods missing, so there was nowhere to hang wet towels. Also, the master bath jacuzzi tub was not in working order. There is a lovely, but nonfunctional gas fireplace stove in the living area, however it is not presented as an amenity. We were especially disappointed about this as the weather during our stay was rainy, blustery and cold. If the issues above were properly addressed we would definitely stay at this house again.

Family stay

This Lakehouse was the perfect fit for our 13 person family. We all had the most amazing time. The layout is great, clean house, beautiful lake views. Nice neighbors!! Communicating with the owner was easy and fast. This was the first of a start of a new family tradition for us, we can’t thank you enough!

Great place

We were so happy staying here. The place was perfect for our large family. Lots of space. The back yard was small but nice. Spent lots of time on the deck. Kitchen and bathrooms were well equipped. Everything was clean and neat. The host was quick to answer questions before our trip.

Perfect reunion

The day of check-in we were provided with access code to the lake house making arrival no hassle at all. The house was clean and furnished beautifully. All amenities we wanted or needed were there and available. But the best part was the breath taking view of the lake past the iced over rocks directly out our bedroom and living room windows! I would definitely stay here again next time I come to visit!

Perfect lake side oasis

My family and I went up for thanksgiving and the lake house was perfect for the group. Melissa was extremely responsive and helpful in the check-in process. The house was clean, stocked with towels, and the kitchen has everything that you would need for a week away. It is also conveniently located around 4 miles away from the town with a grocery store, gas station, and liquor store. I highly recommend staying at Melissa’s lake house

Beautiful Cottage

It’s gorgeous, very clean and kept well. Plenty of space for large family gatherings. Especially great because owner has multiple properties that are large and beautiful. Spectacular view, open floor plan, modern-yet ocean cottage feel. We relaxed, had a fire, store is close, and kitchen is huge. Owner is great and excellent communication.
